The whole race in addition to sexual orientation is a little deep. In fact, does the Censu Bureau ask if you're gay? I think the point of the findings is that in 40-something years, people will eventually mix up together quite a bit, thus eliminating one particular race as being a majority.

I guess I'll actually be able to benefit from the affirmative action.

Due to the use of eugenics race may never disapear. People who want children to be of a certain ethnic background and therefore demonstrate the phenotopic and neurological characteristics of it will be able to make children like that without parents.

Not only that, but they you could make your child significantly smarter, more mentaly stable, attractive and physically fit in a variety of different hereditary and racial models on a level that only the extrodinarily gifted enjoy today.

The biggest issua I see with this howeveris that at some point population restraints will take hold and well have to work out some way of dealing with them or have to return to an existence where having children is a zero sum game. We would be reduced to animals if we let people who naturaly or unnaturaly try to reproduce themselfs to dominence by out breeding everyone else.

Maybe we should have all the ethnic groups of the world give themselfs the same kind of land rights that native Americans currently use to secure their specific culture and race from intrusion. Following that instill reproductive quotas that only allow humans and other sentient beings to reproduce when resources allow. Otherwise von neuman machines and people who are made to breed just to gain more power will overturn everything no matter how free and democratic the system they live under is. It has been argued from extrapolations in real world situations that this would likely result in both halting overpopulation as well acting to stabilize the process of racial and cultual displacement to very low levels, If at all. It would also have the effect of helping to liberalize the parts of the world that are the most effected by backwards ideologies by making people more self sufficiant and able to persue personal interests outside of the rigidly enforced puritin or nationalistic family life that makes them so awful in the first place, especialy when people are allowed to use medical technology to increase their intelligence and life style dramatically.

I think that this is almost certainly the future for a varity of reasons. If you don't like it, tough, you can thank the cultures that force people to have as many children as possible even when they can't take care of them because they are either "insurance" or are just a cultural mandate by intolerant "family values" types. The first world wouldn't be suffering from overpopulation issues if the third world wasn't and had to constantly import themselfs to our countries to make money. How this will effect our economy and the US as a whole is uncertain. But It doesn't take long to find out what we would be like if we never took in third world imigrants if we look at Japan or non imigration Europian nations. I have to say they look very nice. And considering that most of the age related issues that are talked about so much will be treated by advanced medical technology by the time they arrive I doubt those nations will be regreting it.

It will begin with the democratization of medicine and the increase of nationalistic fever over both imigration and the problem of resouces becoming increasingly scarce. Followed by the creation of strong AI and several other major scientific break throughs.

With all the white people gone who is going to pay for all the social services?

Gay men are ,as with lesbians,transexuals and,bisexuals are,along with african americans protected by the anti hate crime bill . Women are protected by the violence against women act(vawa). White hetrosexual males are the only members of the U.S. population that are not afforded any special protections.
