Obama to speak at veterans event in Orlando

Every time I see or hear this man I envision a giant, hollow chocolate bunny some kid has just broken off the ears of and felt the sad, disappointment at realizing that his "prize" is mostly all just "air" inside and the chocolate is not even rich dark chocolate but cheap milk chocolate to boot.

I know a lot of people have been poisoned by the 7-1/2 years of media pounding of George Bush but we're looking at a disaster waiting to happen here. We cannot risk putting a rookie kid in to pitch when the game is life and death of our country and our way of life. We have terrorists wanting to convert us all to Muslims and impose Sharia law on us and we have Russia wanting to take over Europe again and reabsorb all their former Soviet empire. We have Iran and Iraq waiting to see our troops bug out and leave the;m billions of dollars worth of military spoils and oil reserves that will make them into a Mid-Eastern world power. We cannot risk it in the name of "change" and "hope" only. This man has no substance, no "meat". He is a hollow chocolate bunny.

Would someone please reinforce to McCain that while we appreciate his tenor in the military and his time served during the Vietnam Conflict (was never sanctioned a war by congress) along with the rest of his baby boomer buddies in politics that he's out of touch of reality and the future of this country.

I think you need to reduce your Fox News and Limbaugh intake; the Muslims don't want to convert us they want to destroy us. Get the facts correct before you pontificate. Here's my quote; the only thing constant is change. Just because you and the baby boomer generation fears change more than death, doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. Remember, Bush took us to Iraq and missed getting the threat you're speaking of, the cave dweller in Bin Landen. Bush was going after the oil, just as Russia and Iran are, ok. So don't cram Bush and his croanies as the golden knights the right wingers are holding them up as. Not all of us are as dumb as the right wingers make us out to be.

As you know I am not a very political person. I just wanted to pass along that Senator Obama came to Bagram Afghanistan for about an hour on his visit to 'The War Zone'. I wanted to share with you what happened.
He got off the plane and got into a bullet proof vehicle, got to the area to meet with the Major General (2 Star) who is the commander here at Bagram.

As the Soldiers where lined up to shake his hand he blew them off and didn't say a word as he went into the conference room to meet the General. As he finished, the vehicles took him to the ClamShell (pretty much a big top tent that military personnel can play basketball or work out in with weights) so he could take his publicity pictures playing basketball. He again shunned the opportunity to talk to Soldiers to thank them for their service.

So really he was just here to make a showing for the American's back home that he is their candidate for President. I think that if you are going to make an effort to come all the way over here you would thank those that are providing the freedom that they are providing for you.

I swear we got more thanks from the NBA Basketball Players or the Dallas Cowboy Cheer leaders than from one of the Senators, who wants to be the President of the United States. I just don't understand how anyone would want him to be our Commander-and-Chief. It was almost that he was scared to be around those that provide the freedom for him and our great country.

If this is blunt and to the point I am sorry but I wanted you all to know what kind of caliber of person he really is. What you see in the news is all fake.
