NAACP sues Nebraska

Even if it hurts the people it claims to help, move over Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton, the liars want a piece of the pie.

It's just like affirmative action. It should be renamed reverse discrimination.

It's a no win situation. Each area isn't supposed to teach and cater to the people who are the majority in its own geographic area, but then if the kids are bussed, they don't learn because the other areas discriminate racially against those of the other areas.

Forced segregation may be morally wrong, but segregation doesn't have to be forced, and isn't forced. It happens naturally.
What has to be forced is desegregation.

I`m not a fan of the NAACP,and I am black. But I do not support any effort to turn back the clock on issues like segregation,which is what the Nebraska state government seems to be doing. Segreation is indeed morally wrong.

Nor am I a fan of the NAACP, or The NAAWP (National Assoacation for the Advancement of White People ) just because you probably didn't know what it stood for,and Yes I am a White Man. I do not allow the "N" word in my home , even though my son who has to get up at 4:30 a.m. to go to ( public ) school because of the NAACP bussing b.s. tells me "Dad, My friends (yes , he has black friends ) call each other that " . The NAACP is sooo tired. What have they done lately for Blacks! We need a new, pro active, pro Black advocacy. My local chapter sucks.

What the national press didn't tell you all is that part of the new Nebraska law requires an integration plan and if a district doesn't comply with that plan it is dissolved immediately.

The school districts and the schools within those new districts will be no different than they are now. The same kids will go to the same schools unless they choose to be bussed elsewhere.

I live in Omaha so I am very aware of what this law is really about.

You and Eliot should get together. We are Americans, and no mater what color, race, religion, we are, we need to stand together as Americans now more than ever. There are welfare deadbeats of all colors, the ones that bother me are the ones who are in this country illegally. There are more than 12 million of them and they come from more than 30 different countries and only 7.2 million of them hold jobs. They are here with no health check and no criminal background check. Our government does not know how many are here, where they are, or what their purpose is.
