“I think it’s a stretch to, in any way, to say that she’s got the experience to be president of the United States,” Hagel said.

In a recent interview with ABC News, Palin explained her national security credentials by claiming,“You can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska.” Hagel said that such answers are “insulting to the American people”:

“I think they ought to be just honest about it and stop the nonsense about,‘I look out my window and I see Russia and so therefore I know something about Russia,’” he said.“That kind of thing is insulting to the American people.”

Hagel, who is retiring from the Senate, concluded that Palin “doesn’t have any foreign policy credentials.”“You get a passport for the first time in your life last year?” he asked.“I mean, I don’t know what you can say. You can’t say anything.”

Hagel would have been a better GOP pick for President. They would have actually liked the top of their ticket instead of pretending like Palin is the top of the ticket and ignoring McCain whom they really don't like.

John McCain and Sarah Palin want to RAISE your taxes. This will affect EVERYONE!

McCain's plan is as follows:

"Reform the tax code to ELIMINATE the exclusion of the value of health insurance plans offered by employers from workers’ taxable income."

http://www.health08.org/sidebyside_results.cf...

In other words, whatever your employer pays for your health insurance will become TAXABLE INCOME. Who will this hurt the MOST? You guessed it--the MIDDLE CLASS.

He's offering a "tax credit" which in most cases will be insufficient to cover the difference.

Vote for the continued ECONOMIC TERRORISM of the Middle Class!

Everyone but the above mealy mouth dirty diaper democRats knows Republicans respect Hagel much less than scumbags like Pelosi, Reid, Schumer et al.
On the other hand, anytime anyone stoops to say Governor Sarah Palin lacks foreign policy experience it's says much more about the ersatz messiah Barack Obama.
Barack Obama has as much foreign policy experience as he does military experience: ZERO.

The above despicable lying lowlife propagandist is full off poop.

Most everyone who is not a sucker for trinket promises knows your Taxes and Living Expenses will go up, up and away under Barack Obama just as gasoline has risen $2.00 per gallon in the nearly two years since democRats took control of congress.

When Obama funds his so-called tax cuts he does it by increasing taxes on business, corporations, etc. For business, etc. to absorb the Obama Tax increase they have to pass the costs of goods and services to the consumer (you) otherwise they go out of business. The only Rats who come out on top are the gutless self-serving lowlife democRats like Barack Obama who'll sit safely high above the fray.

This election should focus on content of character. And at this point in time Obama's content of character amounts to what his elite euro-socialist contributors desire.
It all started going downhill for Obama when he could not stand up as a man and remove himself and his family from the presence of his preacher and mentor Rev. Jeremiah Wright, a man who habitually butt-spewed anti-American racist filth all over his entire church congregation.
Obama had 20 years to stand up and leave such a demented environment but only when Rev. Wright became a liability for Obama's bid for president did Barack Obama separate himself...That's 20 years too late, that's self-serving and that's not a man fit to be president.
President GW Bush stood as a man and confronted alcohol that was destroying him and his family. John McCain stood as a man and confronted war and captivity. Obama never stood for anything and that's why he’s content to lay The United States Of America at the feet of his euro-socialist contributors and their ideology.
Once again Barack Obama’s demons are holding him down, he does not possess the integrity to fight back; integrity comes from the one’s soul not from Harvard, Barry.
The United States of America fought wars even on its own soil to defeat the demented racist anti-American sentiments of those along the lines of Rev. Wright, Louis Farrakhan, Bill Ayers and Father Phleger. If left up to people like Obama who could not and would not stand there would be no United States Of America.
Electing someone president who could not and would not politely stand up as a man and confront Rev. Jeremiah Wright simply by removing himself and his family from such obvious filth is as silly as it sounds.
Allowing a community organizer and junior senator with no military experience whatsoever and who was proudly against the mission in Iraq and later proudly voted against the surge to be placed in charge of The United States Military in Iraq and Afghanistan is also as silly as it sounds.

Between Fiorina and now Hagel, I'd say mega-elitist Rothschild looks just plain childishly vindictive and enormously self centered in her views. I wonder how many other GOP realize the emperor has no clothes. Funny how so few big names have endorsed Palin. Or McCain for that matter.

Hagal is correct about Palin.

Too bad the senator forgot to mention that Obama is equally as unqualified.

Attention Parlo!! Obviously warnings and opinions such as yours are not worth spit. I gave one single specific valid link...And it's not funded by one penny from the McCain Campaign, bozo.
You along with your ilk are ignorant, slanderous punks. Your only claim to fame is being on a long list of idiots who stand for nothing and fall for anything...such as an Obamanation.

Learn to read, kook!!!!
I never stated that McCain funded it.
Just because someone goes on YouTube and tries to link September11 with Iraq, it doesnt make it true.

Wow, Hagel's words will affect voters as much as Matt Damon's statement, and reach a lot less people. Next. When she's VP she can do an Obama-esque mini-tour or Europe like Obama did to surpass his "experience"... and see the troops too.

I don't know much about O's foreign qualifications, but I do know that he's at least met foreign heads of state, had his passport for more than 12 months, and has traveled extensively - outside the U.S.

A Hollywood actor carries the same weight as a US Senator????
Thats a new one!!!!
Hagel is a very respected foreign relations expert!
Its hilarious to see right wing cowboys try to marginalize his viewpoints.
