I think what upsets both X-Man and Rico, is the criteria for self-identifying as "Hispanic".

The US government has made it easy for ANYONE to "be" Hispanic. There are no DNA requirements, no proof of ancestry, etc.

They are making it as easy for ANYONE to "be" Hispanic as they are to make illegal alien Dream Act students, "American".

All WAPH does is expose it. THAT'S the point that they both seem to be denying.
