That hearing hasn't been held yet. Therefore common sense and logic would hold that you obviously have jumped the gun.

Is it possible that the prosecutors aren't emailing you EVERYTHING? Do you think there might be some small thing to which you are NOT privy? I know it sounds whacko, but maybe the prosecutors are willing to do their jobs. What a concept!
Are they doing their jobs? Seems to me since they can't even do a proper affidavit to justify the arrest, they in fact aren't doing their jobs. They are trying to get by and hope by overcharging Zimmerman they can get him to fearfully agree to plead to a lessor charge that they still couldn't prove.

What you don't know or seem to understand is that the affidavit for arrest is what justifies the arrest. It doesn't matter what evidence they have. If none of it is put into the affidavit then the arrest isn't legitimate. Otherwise, you could have the government arrest anyone at will for no reason than to pursecute them for whatever reason they trump up. Read the analysis of the affidavit. There are no facts in it that supports an arrest. It would be like your being arrested for theft because you were in a store walking down the same aisle that had mechandise missing from it. You would then have to defend yourself, be aquitted yet still have to pay the cost of your defense. This prosecutor is supposed to be good yet she comes up with a totally amatuerish move like this affidavit. Why?
I think your analogy is off, but noted. If Zimmerman is aquitted, anyone is free to shoot and kill anyone in the state of FL, provided that there is no "proof" to suggest that you weren't fearing for your life at the time of the shooting. Point. Shoot. Tell the cops I feared for my life. The recipe for legal homicide in Florida.

Do you personally know George Zimmerman? Were you at the scene at the time it happened? How exactly do YOU know he was not fearing for his life? Are you omnipotent?

A vicious attack on Trayvon Martin by armed thug George Zimmerman resulted in Martin's shooting death. That's the only "vicious attack" we KNOW of.
Ignoring or keeping in the dark, as to the facts and eyewitness to the incident, are NO EXCUSE.....

I'm not sure if the prosecution is going to persue the death penalty, but man I agree that this rabid dog needs to be put down. Zimmerman needs to be put to sleep before he strikes again.
Try to keep up.
The victim in this case was fortunately armed and was able to fend off the vicious attack by the rabid dog.

Justice has already been served.

Well, I don’t think it’s my place to tell a prosecutor that he or she is doing their job wrong. Unlike you, I never went to law school. I DO know, though that until he either pleads guilty or is acquitted or found guilty at trial, I’m not going to commit myself to judging him. If the boy he shot attacked him and he reacted with excessive force, then he’ll probably get a light sentence. If it comes to light that he, Zimmerman, provoked the attack, he’ll probably get a stiffer sentence. If it is borne out that the boy tried to kill Mr. Zimmerman, then it would be self defense and he would probably be released. Now, I think that is the way it works, but like I said, I don’t have a degree in law.

Its not the hatred of wanna-be thugs that makes zimmerman violent. It was the charges of battery that makes him viloent. Have you ever been charged with battery?
No, but I was once arrested for assault. Fortunately they figure out it was self-defense. Does that make me violent?

I most certainly do. A 9-11 call. A video showing injuries inflicted by TM. A lie detector showing that GZ was honest in his report of events... Jackass.
I’ve not seen any reference to polygraph of Zimmerman. Doesn’t really matter, last I knew this technology was inadmissible. Though it could have play a major role in his initial release.

Here’s a link which mentions it

http://patdollard.com/2012/04/zimmerman-passe...

Also on that link is a very clear photo of injuries to the back of Zimmerman’s head.

There are a lot of smart people up at Harvard that have have done a lot of research, written and published a lot of papers that conclude just that. My favorite paper is the one which concludes by having guns in your home, you are more likely to be shot by accident, or accidently shoot a family member than you are to defend yourself from a intruder. But you knew this already, didnt you? JACKASS!
http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/research/hicrc/fi...
Gee, having a handgun in the home increases the odds of injury of not having one in the home. Can you say “no shit”. If there is no handgun in the house there is a zero probability until one is brought inside.

I find it interesting the link you post addresses very general points only and doesn’t provide any details. Who wrote the material on your link? Is it so bad nobody wanted to take credit for it?

Using the logic of the generalizations there should be multiple homicides and suicides in my home. Logical since there are nearly 100 firearms in my home. Really?

The 911 call indicates Zimmerman went after Martin.
The station video shows NO injuries to Zimmerman.
Lie detectors are not valid evidence, or reliable.
Next?:)
Really? Zimmerman was asked if he was following. He stated he was. The dispatcher then said “we don’t need you to do that”. Zimmerman replied “OK”. Listen to the actual call. You’ll hear the wind noise stop a couple of seconds later.

Almost immediately afterwards Zimmerman was providing his address and stopped because he didn’t want Martin to hear that information. Zimmerman stated he lost Martin.

Martin was only a few seconds away from where he was staying. The call lasted much longer than it would take to complete the trip.

Zimmerman lost Martin. Martin had more than adequate time to reach safety.

Of course you’ll call me a liar on this, after all you must keep up your image as a racist turd. Martin had to be innocent. He was an innocent child, or was he?

The video does show the injuries. The police report documents the injuries. You've been told this many times. You’re guilty of deliberate ignorance.

Actually he’s correct. You clearly don’t know what an affidavit is.

No, that’s not how the law works. Now you’re being deliberately dishonest. I’ve shown you the law, I’ve explained portions of it and you’re back to your same idiotic claim. It’s no wonder the state of New Jersey disallows residents to pump their own gasoline, they’re too stupid.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Capricorn

If you're feeling lonely and vulnerable, it seems as though someone is out to get you. Perhaps you're separated from the people you love and you don't like it. Try not to mope for too long, because there are important things that need your attention. Speaking of which, if you need to do something that you're dreading, you'll feel much better if you can get it out of the way quickly. If you leave it, the very thought of it will drain your energy.
