Price of oil was "MANIPULATED" under Bush becuase he was meddling with the "Strategic Petroleum Reserve". In doing so, it produced temp reductions in oil prices.

So what should we do now? Follow Bush era policies?

The reserves had little to do with it.. It was more offshore drilling and inland drilling.. Drill baby drill.. LOL..
