Lets not forget that there is a process for these folk to come here and work legally. Undocumented = illeagal. The identities being used of legal citizens by these illeagal immigrants are impacted and so are their children. Where is your caring for them. I really don't want any person living in my community that can't even tell the trueth about who they are.

"A bill, HR 1176, has come to our attention. It is an urgent issue, passing through the U.S. Congress to provide discretionary authority to an immigration judge to determine that an undocumented parent of a United States citizen child should not be ordered removed, deported, or excluded from the United States. Sponsored by Rep. José Serrano, D-NY, on 16th of February, 2007, the bill has 32 co-sponsors. It was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. In the latest major action the bill was referred to the House Subcommittee on Immigration, Citizenship, Refugees, Border Security and International Law on the 19th of March, 2007. "
THUD - I will give myself a concussion at this rate. The best interest of the child is NOT TO HAVE A LAWBREAKER AS A PARENT. If this passes, every illegal of child bearing age will pop out a child just to prevent deportation. I can see teens being taught - go out, get pregnant and you can stay. |

Lets concern ourselves with OUR children.
Deport ALL illegals and the anchor babies. |

Illegal immigrants are a blight on this state and this country. I moved here a year ago from Sonoma County having lived there for 25 years - to escape the disaster that Latino illegal immigration has wrought - ruined schools, health care, property values and gangs and crime, et al. Our constitution needs to be amended to stop granting automatic citizenship to children born here by illegals.
Write your legislators to NOT support this bill. |

Enforce the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986; and close the loop-hole for subcontractors.

I couldn’t agree more. However, I would take it one step further; and also deny ALL benefits to felons and their families. Tell me you don’t know of *HUNDREDS* of felons and their families who are living "on the dole". The old man gets locked up; and wifey and kiddies automatically qualify for AFDC, Food Stamps and Medi-Cal.(Talk about your free rides!). IF it weren’t possible for the perpetual losers / low-lifes prosper and procreate, they simply would cease to be. That way we clean up not only the illegal immigration mess, but also it would "put a cork" in the generational/career welfare recipients. |
