Update On NDAA And Drones Flying Over The USby Chuck Baldwin
In a stunning upset for the Obama administration and big-government zealots in general, a federal judge in New York has issued an injunction against the citizen detention portion of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Bob Unruh at World Net Daily has the story.

I wouldn't have a clue where to begin---
Sure the cartels have money . but why not the government for healthcare?? and the jobs where are the jobs for mexicans . we know where Americas jobs are given to mexicans how many mexicans in Mexico working for American companies that are there??? what are they doing with their money?? they are not all dirt farmers . what does mexico do to get jobs for its people? Maybe they need to all work for the drug dealers and we can close the border and shut them down. america stop buying mexicos drugs!!!!!!!!!!

I agree. But, I think the problem is complex. Why? Because we have American companies in the Central and South American countries that are greedy. They left the US to take their business to other countries, where the labor is cheaper. Sounds like 'good business sense' right? It is UNTIL, the workers in those 'other countries'--start looking at what those SAME COMPANIES-- are paying American workers TO DO THE SAME JOB. Then, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out WHY they want to come across the border. This is a hypothetical situation used obly for illustration purposes: IF 'Juan' lives in El Paso and works at the GM plant making $22/HOUR and his cousin 'Jose' works in Monterrey at the GM plant making $22/WEEK----then, it stands to reason at SOME point, they will start comparing notes and Jose will see the merit of living in the US---and working at the US plant. I place PART of the blame on the GREED of American companies. Please don't get me wrong here---I love my country. I wouldn't want to live ANYWHERE else... And America is a great place to live FOR THOSE OF US WHO LIVE HERE. But, we have a reputation of exploiting other countries and their workforce for OUR BENEFIT. Until US companies, pay the workers in other countries a LIVING WAGE---I think we are going to
CONTINUE to have a massive influx of immigrants coming across our borders. Just my two cents worth...*tink, tink*
Then we need to defend our borders .

That is a big share of the problem. Like you said, you would not know where to start. The thing being is that we have to start someplace, and quit just sitting on our hands and doing nothing. We need enforcement of our immigration laws. We need to secure our borders. Them are two very good starting places. We start there, and then after the numbers coming here illegally lowers, then we could beging to start other places. One step at a time, but we can not just do nothing. Start with them two things, and move on to severe punishments for Americans that hire the illegal aliens, and pay them cash. Cut off any access to our social services. They have no right to something that they have never paid into. They are all criminals to begin with, they made the choice to be criminals, so we should treat them like criminals. We do that with our own American citizens. If an American citizen chooses a life of crime, they are not treated gently, and given a free pass. They are treated like criminals, so why not treat the illegal aliens as the criminals they are, and the American people that choose to be a criminal by hiring them. They also made a choice, so they have to live with the reaction to their criminal actions.

But that's not the fault of the "illegals". It is the Federal Government that put into place the processes which allow this to happen. And it goes back as far as Roosevelt.
It is the fault of BOTH. If illegal aliens were honest people, they wouldn't leech off of a foreign government's people. They wouldn't have sneaked into our country in the first place. Sorry, but illegal aliens are criminals and deserve all the blame Americans can give them.

You want us to believe that a car thief is innocent if the car is left unlocked by its rightful owner. Nope. A criminal is a criminal. A thief is a thief. They take what doesn't belong to them, no matter how easy or how hard it is to steal from us. Illegal aliens are thieves and deserve prison time and/or deportation.

Arrest, detain and deport all illegal aliens.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that I think that all illegal aliens are 'criminals.' Yes, some of them MAY be criminals, but, I think more of them are just trying to escape the poverty and dismal living conditions in their own countries. Is this America's 'fault?' No, but as I said before, American companies aren't helping the situation by exploiting the native workers. So, what's the answer? 1.)Strengthen our borders-- put up a fence/wall/barrier--from sea to sea--more heavily reinforced along those areas where we share a common border.
2.) Have unmanned drones guarding the borders 24/7--365 days a year.
3) Use heat sensing equipment to monitor areas where illegals may be crossing overland--like the desert in AZ. 4.) Some illegals have 'tunneled' in. If found, the tunnels need to be imploded.
5.) Stiffer prison sentences for drug related crimes committed by Mexican nationals.
6.) Reduce the cost to become a US citizen.(I heard that it's several thousand dollars to become a US citizen. The cost may be prohibitive for poorer immigrants---so, rather than becoming citizens, they sneak in and just stay here illegally)
7.) Put more effort into helping the poorer Latin nations with their infrastructure--- like housing, and social programs--ie food subsidies, health care, assistance with children's issues, etc.
8.) Support efforts by the various countries to eliminate/reduce the production and distribution of illegal drugs---by offering financial assistance to those countries that pass laws/put policies in place to address the drug issues.
9.) Encourage the Central and South American countries to pass and enforce stiffer drug laws.

These are just a few ideas.

Not going to happen for a couple of reasons.

2. The last time they tried it, in 1997, a Marine shot and killed an AMERICAN teenager. That ended that experiment in a hurry (go back to number 1).
Not quite accurate Libertarian.

The last time this was attempted was 2007. That was when the National Guard retreated from their post in the Arizona desert due to an armed incursion from Mexico.

I wouldn't say that the military isn't trained for this kind of work, its that their not allowed to do what is necessary for this kind of work. All you have to do is look at the Border Patrol constantly under scrutiny and attack for defending themselves along the lawless border territory.

Is that a paid troll I see here? Why yes it is..and the paid trolls favorite word is moron after failing to look into the mirror.

Allowing your aligator mouth to over run your hummingbird brain in the insurance of such blathering diatribe in a internationally viewed forum...is indicative of the low IQ standards needed to secure both TSA and contract troll positions.

* there 92 Iq...construct a sentence similar. betcha can't. well? can ya punk? LOL~

To hide your inferior intellect just a wee bit I recommend the non use of capital letters which in a sentence are in the English language the equvilent to "screaming."
