Torn apart, immigrant family blames Iowa lawyer

When will the madness Stop! We need to Protect these illegal immigrants and their children! SO let make ICE do their JOB and DEPORT all these poor illegal immigrants and their children back to whatever country they came FROM. CONFISCATE ALL their WORLDLY POSSESSIONS and Sale their Possessions at Public Auction and use the Money to Help Pay for Social sevices for Legal Immigrants and United States Citizens. Deport more of these poor illegal immigrants Back to their Homeland Broke. That way it will discourage them to Stay at their Homeland, People not to come to United States without PROPER PAPERS. Illegal immigrants and their children ARE costing United States Taxpayers BILLIONS of Dollars. People who support illegal immigrants and their chidren Need to support these people in their own Homeland.

What a joke...who is responsible??? The people who enter illeglly,the same people who ignore our laws. I am sick to death of their whining and blaming acts. Face it, they are the masters of their own fate...they make the choices so they should face thes consequences of those actions. To allow this frivolous lawsuit only emboldens and empowers them. Stupid...truly stupid.

When will the US realize that the "people " who are granted temporary visa's as of 2007. Basically when the military style crackdown in Mexico started, against the cartel's,know that these people are now refugee's and have no intention of returning to MEXICO!!!

So when Mexico start to crack down on criminals the United States is supposed to consider them refugees and allow them to flood the country? Let Mexico keep their criminals. We already have enough criminals.

that right there is going to bite us real soon unless we start build camps at the borders. nothing will stop this huge flood that is coming and once here it seems we have none in office who wants to stop it.

looks more and more like the north American union folks found a new way to open the borders. oh its not called that anymore its called north American seurity.

that is proven everyday when illegal aliens bring kids here using organized crime groups to smuggle them. crossing the desert alone is child endangerment.

DB, that sounds fine with me. If the PC madness would stop, then they would get rid of the whole bunch, that's like killing the adult roaches, but letting the smaller ones go. Again, they need to take responsibility for your own actions and get the hell out, all of them..

99.99% of these so called refuges are denied asylum and deported back to their home country. Asylum is only granted if the government is persecuting you as an indivdual for being part of a non criminal group. A government cracking down on crime and people fleeing the resulting situation do not qualify for asylum. Thousands of Mexican police, reporters, elected officials, and average Mexicans have already been deported back after their asylum was denied by immigration judges. Many more are in immigration jails waiting for their hearings as well and vast majority of them will also be deported back.
If the government starts persecuting Catholics, blacks, or people with one arm then those people would qualify for asylum.

i bet our gov is about to open mass refugee camps along out southern border,could be another reason to add on to the list of the why's for f&f.
