I know this may sound calous to all you cat lovers, but I say that what he did was a good start.

They should put in charge of the Los Angeles police department's anti-gang enforcement unit.

Maybe they ought to spay or nuetrer him/her .... without any pain killers or anthesistetic (sp ... I know)...

Plus drown his butt or make him feel the pain ...

asimple solution to this problem with animals being starved, mistreated or euthanised or in this case tortured is to be a responsible pet owner and have ur animals spayed or neutered...then hang this psycho upside down by his toenails in a cage with a tiger in the zoo...that would be appropriate justice for him....LOSER...
