Now is the time to write your senators and congressmen about drilling offshore in america until we can get our vehicles to use alternative sources of fuel, be it electric, ethanol or cooking oil!

I'm paying $4.40/g now, and expect $3.50, or less, this time next summer.

Smart money is shorting oil, as the current price is not the result of supply and demand, but rather speculation.
Commodity traders control oil prices, not politicians!

There is a major correction coming.
Instead of whinning about your gas guzzlers, short oil and go long on the dollar.
We can all laugh on our way to the bank.

When will our two governing parties (together) institute a national search for an alternative fuel that will be supported with the same persistence and enthusiasm (and financial backing) as the"race to space" program of the 60's.

This is "the" make or break issue for our country. We need to get past our dependence on oil ... Period ... Now.

Each side has their scare tactics, the more that we divide into right and left, the more divide and conquer works. Untied we stand divided we fall, gas will go up unless WE show that we have power. So I expect it to hit atleast 6 bucks lol.

Okay, I called you an ignoramus, and now you call me an idiot.

You're entitled to your opinions like anyone else, but I refuse to stoop to the level of a troll. A troll makes a point and then calls names. Find another "idiot", will you?(ROTFLMAO)

I live in ohio, if you call that livin, and the last tankful I purchased yeaterday was 3.89. Today it was 4.21 go figure, they allway`s raise gas over the holiday`s. Wages sure don`t reflect the cost of living, and we are losing up to 8000 jobs in a couple of weeks.

I hate the delay, but it warms my heart to see the truckers slowing down the interstates, Rad!
Stop them all together, maybe then they will get the message.

There are NOW ENGINES THAT RUN ON WATER! The Hydrogen fuel cell turns water into hydrogen gas and puts out water vapor as exhaust.

As long as big oil controls the government, we are over a barrel taking up the rear.

The technology exists NOW to get us off of fossil fuels, but the powers that control the govt. will not give it to us.

The gas man in the White House failed to plan for the inevitable...or did is this exactly what he and his Exxon/Mobil supporters wanted? Of course it is. Its not a conservative/liberal argument. Its big oil against the rest of us. We have hydrogen fuel motors, but the govt. is controlled by big oil.

All of us...except for the super-rich are suffering due to this. No need to blame anyone but those at the top who create national energy policy.

My son-in-law is building his second hydrogen adapter for gasoline cars. Makes them run better, and can increase your mileage 10 or more miles to a gallon. He put one on my 460, and my mileage went from 10 miles a gallon, to at least 20, and on the highway, in overdrive it gets better. Worth checking into. Fairly simple to devise, but you must have the knowledge. You must come up with a tank, that will withstand the temp, and send it into the throttle body, he has done it, and it works, and Hydrogen is easy to make.

Its the next best thing to hemp fuel, or cooking oil for the oil burners.

Independence Day, how curious it is to realize that in the past, people wanted to be independent from another country who was providing them with supplies at a high cost. So many people died for the independence of their children and grandchildren. Yet in our time the government are being fools as they pay $140 a barrel of crude oil from another country. This is trully unamerican, I thoght that they are independent from other countries, I thought they were independent in every recources available. I think that America is going backwards as they ask other countries for help when we really don't need it. This is the most powerful country in the world, they should act like one.

4th of July? humbug! Independence Day? yea right! We are slaves of economic crissis and bad politics. This national holiday of Independence is a big joke!

Why isn't there a choice for lower gas priceing in the survey? Tainted survey for someone to use to their advantage later on. If the U.S. Starts putting oil on the market the natural sway of pricing will go down below $5. Simple supply and demand. My guess next yr $3.00/gal

I wish to contact you about talking with your son-in-law about converting my car as you described above. Please contact me at my office. I do not think we can post personal e-mails or phone numbers here. However, if you do a quick Google search, I can easily be found by entering:

Thank you very much.
