Report shows steep decline in Arizona drop houses

Yea the first thing I do as someone who has rental houses is search the services directory in Pearland when my rental's are in Corpus Christi. Then I add the cost of having someone drive over 400 miles round trip with an F-150 druck getting 15 mpg, add room and board, and mileage rates to the cost of any project. Nope no way not even remotely going to happen, I look on my local craigslist services directory or open my local yellow pages or heck even the bulletin board at Lowe's first. I own two rentals and I always hire local labor to do jobs so I have recourse if they do a crappy job. What a goofball...special projects...LMFAO...

I finally made it back to Pearland after almost 10 days in Corpus. My boss has to pay me no matter if it's wiring houses or painting and cleaning houses. I managed to make $1400 and will send some to my parents.

My boss has several rent houses in New Orleans, some got water in them. Guess he'll want me to go and do some sheetrock and paint work.

I do not contract for myself, my boss bids on the jobs, our crew of 12 does the work. I do know there are many bad contractors after a storm. Many will take the money and not do the repairs. Our crew does exceptional work and we are honest.
