Wow, amazing your ladies. If more young folks were like these girls, the world could and would become a better place. Hats off to them!. It is hard to speak out against something that so many folks love, I know I love these cookies. However, this gives me pause to think. Their parents should be proud.

Interesting... did not know this about the operations of farming palm oil. Jane Goodall's support certainly gives credence to the cause.

I'll try to avoid palm oil in all products. No reason why not!

Peace!

Oh c'mon. Palm oil? Girl Scout cookies? If this is an example of little girls trying to save the world, then I'll just go buy some more Girl Scout Cookies. This is so ridiculous it's funny.

They're trying to win an award from the Girl Scouts so they decide to trash the whole organization. Yeah, that makes alot of sense. Donald Trump will sure be looking to hire these two. What a joke.

Yes, they should be very proud. Its high time that we humans took more responsability and better care of our mother earth.

Sorry - I'm a bit cynical about this.
I have a hard time believing that two twelve year old girls came up with this on their own.
Perhaps a bit of parental brainwashing at work.

Saying that this is an important issue is not the same as saying that this is the only important issue. There are many issues both in america and the world that need to be addressed.

I respect theses two girls for taking a interest in something and then standing by what they believe. Many if more young people weren't consumed with how they look, dress, sex and beating the hell out of each other their lives, our lives and the country would be better off.
Good role models for others their age.

They should be kicked out of Girls Scouts, Girl Scout cookies come with the territory. Don't like it get out. I'm sure they are also against having campfires since it requires wood and wood comes from trees. Attention seekers!!!

I can see where this is leading; they'll probably become Vegans and start dating each other in high school.
