Dumbass, if a person enters the country it's a 50 dollar fine, if they then commit some other offense of a criminal nature, then that is another matter.

Go home we can't afford to give you free services.Obama has added more debt in 3 years than all other presidents combined in history. Obama I say the guys a turd.Obama said "change America can believe in, " he didn't mean in a month or two! It has been 3 years since the Obama Change Machine has been in operation. Of course he did not say whether it would be good change or bad change! This is disastrous change that wrecked the economy. Let us not forget the stimulus bill that helped dig us into this economic mess and that failed also. Just Say no more and vote in anyone else but loser fibber Obama. The heck with the debate and bad news sit back and watch a free movie from Cheney. befor Obama puts a tax on free movies lol. http://youtu.be/0ppCMc0rjhY

I never worry about BP because they are busy with undocumented workers who commit crimes, I do not.
They won't be able to get me this week, my boss is sending my brother and I to New Orleans on a special project. He's even going to pay us extra,$20 per hour each.
See ya next Sunday.....

"If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you"- doesn't mean you automatically get a freebee at taxpayers' expense,'tard. Me personally, I'd rather have a good one, not a public defender with 246 other cases to deal with. Wait...you go ahead and get one of those.

I would imagine almost all illegals crossing the border cannot afford an attorney, therefore the taxpayer pays for their legal representation in the event they are charged with a criminal offense. A civil fine, means they are not entitled to a lawyer, they merely pay the fine and are deported. But, if you want to make it a criminal offense, go right ahead with your deep pockets! LOL.
