Watch this meeting.

Will the Dems continue their negative lies? Perhaps they will take a clue from the Republicans and present uplifting goals rather than general untruths and rhetoric spin. No one is holding their breath.

Will they present any positive directions for the good of the country?

Will they finally, after several years, begin a national budget, discuss a budget with all reps, pass a budget?

Will they work to unite rather than divide our country?

Will they be the party of "takers" rather than "makers?

Will they support the U. S. Constitution?

My vote will go to the candidate who leads and supports realistic goals that will result in the betterment of all citizens, all voters, all states. I will not support a complainer, a blamer, a spinner of untruths for the sole purpose of re-election or election.

Remember this as you watch the DNC convention...

“We’re not going to run around doing negative ads. We’re going to keep it positive, we’re going to talk about the issues."
--Barack Obama, 2008

"If you don't have a record to run on, then you paint your opponent as someone people should run from. You make a big election about small things."
--Barack Obama, 2008

“If I don’t have this done in three years, then there’s going to be a one-term proposition.”
Barack Obama, 2009

"Obama sent billions of dollars to Finland to save their automotive industry. He spent billions of dollars on failed energy companies."

Indeed he could have saved the Janesville plant, as Ryan said.

Obama's dirisive attack on the rich harms opportunity for all Americans, black, white, hispanic, college graduates and children. If businesses fail, and there are no jobs, Obama shills don't realize that there will be no one to pay for their insurance. The rich won't pay because they are out of business. Will Obama and his cronies pay? Fat chance, they all have waivers. LOL. He gives himself a waiver from Obamacare. He gives unions a waiver. THAT SAYS IT ALL. Obamacare is a piece of junk.

I love how the DNC has John Kerry speaking at their convention. You think there will be any talk among the media or among offended liberals who realize Kerry has three times the wealth of Romney, has been taxed at a 1% lower effective rate than Romney and has given less than 10% of the money Romney has to charity?

Laughable.

Wasn't Sen. John Kerry docking his family's new $7 million yacht in neighboring Rhode Island, allowing him to avoid paying roughly $500,000 in taxes to his cash-strapped home state. Hmmmmmm! But Romney's the evil rich guy? Right?

They will bring out George Clooney. Their best speaker according to popularity polls is Bill Clinton. Obama will attempt to hypnotize the gullible again with his speech. He'll lull them into a susceptible trance by pointing out simple truths like it's a beautiful day, the sun is out, and once they are under believing he tells only the truth he begins his hypnosis. He will suggest on voting day they will step out their homes and the sun will strike them in the eye telling them to go vote for him. Chris Matthew will get a tingle up his leg again. Black people will fall on their knees and cry for the half white cracker that he is their messiah. White people will be relieved of their 200 year guilt. Black people (except black repub) will carry him on their backs while crawling and carry his dirty water. Barack is a sadist. He requires this sadistic adoration.

Oh. and Michelle will be wearing a $10,000 outfit because this is the last chance she'll have to spend tax payer money that should have stayed in Medicare.

I can't wait for Michelle Obama to pack her Louis Vitton bags and leave the WH for good! She is the most useless, inconsequential, polarizing FL ever. She was in a position to help minority women and families, yet she chose nutrition??? What a waste of her position.

She is so out of touch with America.

It would be interesting to get the food bills of Michelle Obama during all her over-the-top, taxpayer-paid vacations -- I want to know what she really ate. Ribs, porkchop, mashed potatoes.

Rumor is the Dems are having a hard time getting people to attend their convention. They'll probably have to bus in all their SEIU minions again. What a joke.

Never in my life have I seen a worse choice of presidential candidates. A mittwit presidency would be a disaster for working Americans while an obama administration-just slightly less so! At least dems do not try to force their mythology on normal educated people! Those 'religious' loonies need to go!!

Considering 1/3 of all Americans are obese and 2/3 are overweight, I'd say pushing proper nutrition, diet, & exercise is about the most significant thing a First Lady could do for EVERYONE.

Rumor has it Betty White is the Dems "secret guest speaker".

Hopefully she doesn't make a fool of herself like Clint did. Obviously he's suffering from senility.

When does the new SNL season start? I can't wait to see Clint Eastwood host the show. He's going to be making the rounds as he plugs his new film. He represents the NEW GOP!!!

The GOPasaurs don't have the usual 2-3 weeks between conventions to bask in the glory of their speeches.

Now all the attention will immediately switch the Dems and the country will be able to see a stark difference between the two parties while the GOP debacle is still fresh in their minds.

This can only help the President once again.

You need to do some fact checking as the USA as a whole is NOT OVERWEIGHT. Yes there is a significant portion who are over weight and/or obese, but there is still a considerable amount of people here who are not over weight.

Daily Horoscope for May 20

Taurus

If a friend has been bugging you recently, you are likely to have a few sharp words with them today. However, least said soonest mended, so don't labour the point or turn them against you. Besides, you have better things to do with your time now, such as taking part in a big gathering of likeminded people or having a long chat with one special person.
