This is the quote from my post you responded to.

I do not believe any reasonable person would believe my statement was more general than yours in fact quite the opposite. Unless you fought in Viet Nam I doubt if you know what I am talking about. I spend considerable time talking to veterans of all ages the split is about 50/50 on who to support with Vietnam Veterans more negative on McCain than others..

Can we not agree on this one point? The only HEROS from the Viet Nam war are the 58,280 on the wall in Wash D.C.? The rest of us just considered it our duty.

His associations with such radical figures as
Reverend Jeremiah Wright,
Father Michael Pfleger,
Reverend James Meeks,
Bill Ayers,
and Bernardine Dohrn
look less like peculiar instances of personal misjudgment and more like intentional political partnerships.
