1 paul and his limited knowledge of the Holy Spirit continues to amaze me. he believes that He only resides in the building of the rcc, not realizing that he lives inside of us and as you havbe stated, he wrote His Word on our heart for us to carry with us always. i know a person(steve cowgill) who has memorized over 1300 verses with perfect recall |
Wouldn't it just be amazing to be able to go there...to the place where Jesus walked and talked and breathed??? I know the dirt He walked on is way underground now, but it was His home! He saw the same hills and valleys...wow! To see the biblical places that we have heard about! |

1 Seems to me they (or at least he) is more woried about temporal comforts than where the person will spend eternity. Maybe he figures there will be someone to pay their sins down...? Oops, nope, they were all poor. Which makes me wonder something... If poor people can't afford indulgences to pay their relatives punishment down, isn't that discrimination? I mean, in that case, if a rich mans family paid for him, he would have it made, even though he paid for hits on people, stole and embezzled, etc., while the poor man who lied sometimes, stole food sometimes, gets to take the entire punishment. Guess even Purgatory and indulgences are set up to benefit the rich..... |

I hope you read this article when you come back on. it has more info about the gate. http://www.raptureready.com/featured/reagan/d... |
K. Got them saved into faves...thanks! I luuuuvs to study! lol You can still study the Jewish customs, traditions, etc. You don't have to be born a Jew to do that. Most will be happy to know you ccare enough to ask. The mom was really amazed when I said I was asking her these things cause I wanted the truth, and not for someone to just post partial truths or outright wrong information. She said most people don't feel that way about the Jews. So I am excited that she said to call her whenever I have questions...lolol she just doesn't know what she's in for! I'll be camping on their doorstep!! heehehee |
|
I just read the article! Amazing, and if the Jews were to accept it as authentic, they would have more to build faith in Jesus on!! |
|
But it is also said "No greater love hath anyone, that he should give his life for another", so that means denying your"self" to save someone else. Forgetting "self" is the greatest love. |

TWO??? I only knew of one besides Fay!! LOLOL Last I saw, Fay had just gotten back over water, and had already dropped 4mb!! She's only (or was) moving @ 2 mph,...so if she has dropped 4mb in just over an hour (from when I saw), and is only moving 2mph, she might get pretty wicked when she makes landfall again! |
|
Well, as they say, they "hear" the entire bible every 2 or 3 years in the cath church, so if they don't do any extra reading on their own, it's not surprising he doesn't know more about the Holy Spirit. |

Hi, David did not vanishes the elephants... we did... sigh... That is why I am talking about the moral difference... not the the style... I know there will be a never ending arguement abt this topic, I just can't help it but laugh when I imagine God with his 2 children, one called Catholic the other Protestant constantly brickering (behind the car in the back seat...) You think if we are the parents, do we really mind ??? I will think that my children are different from each other with different personality, I will not force any one of them to become like the other (that will make twins!!) but they still loves me, no one will grow up going to jail or get themselves into trouble with the law, as I believe my education to them is the best.(in this case, I am not citing that I am the best, but I am refering to the teachings of Jesus and Church). This may not be a good example, I apologise as I am really not an eloquant speakers like most of you guys.... I am not too good in expressing what I really want to say... But 1 thing came to my mind as I type... So what if anyone here wins an arguement? Will a non-christian reading this page/forum be touch by God's love and want to start a relationship with Him? What do we all gain for God and ourselves thru these? What good does it make out of this? Yes, we learn something from each other... our differences, but we gain more disagreement and some to extremes very harsh words/insults... to both sides... I should start a topic: WHAT ARE THE SIMILARITY BETWEEN CATHOLICS AND PROTESTANTS? DIFFERENCES NOT WELCOME IN THIS THREAD.(HA HA) Good day to all reading... Our Good Lord always bless... |

1 Homosexuality is the product (or effect) of false worship, denying the Truth of the Bible, pride, haughtiness, vanity, idolatry, etc. Homosexuality is the natural end of Catholicism. Why do you think that homosexuality, pedophilia and other vile behaviors are epidemic in the Roman priesthood? Many of you have cause and effect out of whack. Surely God destroyed New Orleans because of its wickedness and rampant homosexuality. But New Orleans was homosexual because New Orleans was Catholic. New Orleans’ Catholicity and her other wicked attributes were inextricably linked. Get this straight… New Orleans was the most purely Catholic city in existence outside of Rome. Where Catholicism is left unchecked by the existence of true Christianity, it very quickly devolves into homosexuality, perversion, paganism, and death worship When you plant a crop, when you tend that crop, when you water and nurture that crop, then you should not be surprised when you reap what you have sown. When you sow the wind, you will reap the whirlwind (Hosea 8:7). When you see a people steeped in unbiblical ritual and spiritual wickedness, and then you see that people move into homosexuality and perversion, then you can conclude that God’s judgment has already passed upon that people. The judgment phase has passed, and only the punishment phase is left to unfold |

1 Greetings cr Peace A sermon and worship service in a non-Catholic service, is not the same as a homily and scripture reading in a Catholic Mass.... The non-Catholic service attempts to take on an air of confidence in the chaos, while the Catholic Mass has been structured for over two thousand years after the pattern in the Bible.... One may find the three Bible readings every day, in a cycle to cover the whole Bible at Mass. But your services appeal to those things focused on to the delight of itching ears.... Peace Robert |
Hi, Robert, It's Nita. You still awake? Can't sleep? Perhaps the chance to dream later. Good night and I pray that that storm Fay goes away sooner than later from my neck of the woods. Already is hitting my favorite hang out, Daytona Beach. I hope not much beach erosion has occurred over there. Good night. Nita |

Greetings CIB Peace Are those repeats on the Altar call? Watching the Billy Graham Crusades and the Altar calls when hundereds pour down from the stands, just like they do it all the time....What a joke. Such "miraculous" conversions are just as miraculously undone....In other words, the preacher in an emotional tirade basis his preaching on himself, and his human connection to the congregation rather than God, slowly converting the heart of the faithful.... Yes. Such a thing is possible. And in the past, when people were taken in more easily by Elmer Gantry style acrobatics. But today, a healthy bit of sketicism puts the real people of faith apart from such antics.... Peace Robert |

Greetings sunn Peace Good for you Good Samaritan....Uh, oh....You forgot, the Samaritan just helped the stranger, and you add your brand of religion to top it off....But then again, why do what Jesus taught in Bible to be a Good Samaritan anyway..... Peace Robert |
