This crapbird has to go in 2012 or we will not be a country anymore, only a multicultural socialist Marxist 3rd world cesspool with a half-white tin pot petty dictator.

Those who are finding partisan pleasure or pain about this decision, thinking that this is only about health care/insurance, and nothing else, are missing the point. This is about a departure from the individual liberties / states' rights / limited central government notions our nation was founded upon. It is about allowing a strong central government to penalize citizens through taxes if those citizens do not engage in behaviors the Federal Government finds desirable. Today it is about health care; tomorrow it may be about food consumption, energy consumption, and lifestyle choices. The point is that this ruling opens the dangerous door to the Federal Government to limit your individual freedoms by penalty of law.

The notion that health care will eventually be "free" as a result of this ruling is a fallacy. Remember that the uninsured will be taxed for their non-compliance, not given a gift of free universal coverage. Hence the 16,000 new IRS agents whose hiring was foretold in the PPACA bill. This is your enforcement arm.

Whether this decision pleases or displeases you regarding the narrow topic of health care, I challenge my fellow Americans to think about the broader consequences this legal precedent may have on our individual civil liberties for generations to come.
