who gives a shit

the leaders of this country have destroyed all the tings this man stood for, all while thrusting us into a fake war still pitting us against each other racially and the truth that is as old as time prevails.

The rich get richer

and the poor get poorer

wake up people its not about race anymore it about wealth

Dr. King was a man of honor. It's unfortunate that some people are trying to compare Barack Hussein Obama to Dr. King. Obama can't hold a candle to him.

Today more than ever before it is clear that Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. was a great American that sacrificed his life for equal rights of all American people including the African Americans.
nevertheless, Barack Obama is the new leader that is pushing forward for equal rights of the African American and for healing of hatred and suspicion between Whites and Blacks during the recent centuries .
However, Hillary was the one that told Bill Richardson that endorsed Barack Obama that Obama “cannot be elected to president”. In fact, Hillary hinted to Richardson that Barack has a 'major' problem to be elected to be a president of the US…a problem that she does not have as White.
Clearly, Bill Clinton and Hillary proved their racism times and again and dismissing Barack’s leading in the popular vote and delegates as ‘secondary’ to the decision of the super-delegates.
The super-delegates are supposed to talk to Bill Clinton and hear from him who they should vote for or 'better vote for'…
It will be great milestone for the American people when Barack will defeat the corrupt, incompetent and pathetic liar Hillary whatever Bill Clinton will tell the super delegates to do.
Barack is clearly the dream of Martin Luther King as the first African American candidate of his party to be a president of the US.
killed by a rifle shot on April 4, 1968 King advised his followers to keep working for equal rights for all citizens, "to keep on moving," no matter what obstacles they faced the Martin Luther King Jr. is to be honored as a champion of peace in the city where he died.

I believe he was a good man, but why not open the FBI files afteer 40+ years.
One should note the three race pimps who positioned MLK on the balcony of the Loraine Hotel where the nut could get a shot. Who profited the most by this killing?

We need another MLK. But they don't make those role models and briliant men who work to UNITE people any more. al-Obammy is a racist! He is dumb enough to think he can get buy by "beating whitey." That won't work at all. He is history. McCain is the next man to sleep in the White House.

What is happening and what will continue to happen is black people twisting MLK's words around. The people who live off of MLK and tear America apart. The so-called men of God are just rebel rousers.

Dems are dead for the Prex this time around. HillBillery has waaaaay too much baggage with Billy. As election day gets nearer, politicos will use the Bill & Monica trump card.

And al-Obammy will use the Ace of Spades.

Neither card is a winner.

It is a pity that someone as vituperative as Al Sharpton is down there for the memorial. Between him, Jesse Jackson and the divisive tactics of the Clintons, improved racial relations don't stand a chance.

Here is a two-part video of the opening remarks of a historic trial about which most Americans are ignorant:
.
Part 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch...
Part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch...
.
That is William Pepper, the lawyer representing the King family, delivering his opening remarks to the jury in the 1999 case "King Family vs Loyd Jowers and other co-conspirators." At the conclusion of the 30-day trial and after testimony from 70 witnesses, the jury took one hour to reach a verdict. Here it is, read by the judge James E. Swearengen:
.
"In answer to the question did Loyd Jowers participate in a conspiracy to do harm to Dr. Martin Luther King, your answer is yes. Do you also find that others, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, were parties to this conspiracy as alleged by the defendant? Your answer to that one is also yes".
.
And here is a statement by the King family issued on the following day:
.
"There is abundant evidence of a major high level conspiracy in the assassination of my husband, Martin Luther King, Jr. And the civil court's unanimous verdict has validated our belief. I wholeheartedly applaud the verdict of the jury and I feel that justice has been well served in their deliberations. This verdict is not only a great victory for my family, but also a great victory for America. It is a great victory for truth itself. It is important to know that this was a SWIFT verdict, delivered after about an hour of jury deliberation. The jury was clearly convinced by the extensive evidence that was presented during the trial that, in addition to Mr. Jowers, the conspiracy of the Mafia, local, state and federal government agencies, were deeply involved in the assassination of my husband. The jury also affirmed overwhelming evidence that identified someone else, not James Earl Ray, as the shooter, and that Mr. Ray was set up to take the blame. I want to make it clear that my family has no interest in retribution. Instead, our sole concern has been that the full truth of the assassination has been revealed and adjudicated in a court of law. As we pursued this case, some wondered why we would spend the time and energy addressing such a painful part of the past. For both our family and the nation, the short answer is that we had to get involved because the system did not work. Those who are responsible for the assassination were not held to account for their involvement. This verdict, therefore, is a great victory for justice and truth. It has been a difficult and painful experience to revisit this tragedy, but we felt we had an obligation to do everything in our power to seek the truth. Not only for the peace of mind of our family but to also bring closure and healing to the nation. We have done what we can to reveal the truth, and we now urge you as members of the media, and we call upon elected officials, and other persons of influence to do what they can to share the revelation of this case to the widest possible audience. I know that this has been a difficult case for everyone involved. I thank the jury and Judge Swearengen for their commitment to reach a just verdict, I want to also thank our attorneys, Dr. William Pepper and his associates for their hard work and tireless dedication in bringing this case to justice. Dr. Pepper has put many years of his life, as well as his financial resources, into this case. He has made significant personal sacrifices to pursue the search for the truth about my husband's assassination..."
.
.
.
Ponder that for awhile...

You left out COINTELPRO. The operation name may be different, but it's still running (in greatly enhanced form).

Here's an interesting speech from MLK titled "Why I Oppose the War in Veitnam"

It is not one of his better known speeches, probably because it clearly disagrees with American foreign policy.

It's refreshing to hear his take on the War. A speech that could be replayed and apply Today.

Maybe something to think about before we label someone as "Anti-American" simply because they disagree with American policy.

As long as they're talking and not marching, we're ok. But if they march, you will see a blood bath. Whitey has had this old feces up to his nose. And won't put up with it.

"Al Sharpton" should be called "al-DumbTon." And Jesse has the same old song. Clintons are for-sure history. But all four of these slithering creeps will be supported by big buckOH$$$.

Nice work if you can get it!
And if you get it,
plesase tell me how.

It's true and factual that the push for civil rights during the late 1950s and 1960s was responsible for the black radicalism and violence of the 60s and 70s that saw murders, race riots, civil unrest, a surge in crime, and the increase of black unemployment along with the decline of black property values. White people became distrusting of black activists and fearful of black violence. The steady advances of civil rights during the previous 90 years were set back during the 1960s. MLK's appearance in Memphis was the stimulus for looting and disorder by striking black garbage workers. The subsequent murder of MLK was the spark for nationwide violence and race riots. Civil rights would have gone much more smoothly without MLK.

Bravo,
It is opinions like yours and many other that has created the mess that we are in. It would be better with out your finger pointing and irrational and very unfactual statements. You are part of the conspericy world aimed at destroying the very government that is capable of creating great unity.
