Mr. Metzger.... I think you and your media ought to check out Jerome Corsi Ph.D.'s book "Obama Nation". He has documented Sen. Obama's political career being launched from the home of William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn in 1995. They were Weather Underground terrorists in the '60s and still have a radical socialist agenda for this country.
Corsi also documents Obama's close ties to Tony Rezko, a slum landlord who built many substandard publicly funded housing projects in Ill. Sen. Obama's district in Chicago. He was a friend and big contributor to Obama's campaigns. In 2007 he was indicted on federal charges of demanding kickbacks from companies seeking state business. Not a terrorist, but not someone with whom a champion of the poor and down-trodden should associate. Read the book Mr. Metzger and see if the hope and change Sen. Obama touts is really the kind you want! |

It is a KNOWN FACT not denide by any media or by Barrack himself that he has connections to a known unrepentent American grown terrorist involved in bobmings in the U.S. in Mr. Ayers (SP?). If you're comfortable with that fact so be it, but don't try to deny it! Yes Mr Obama was a young boy when Mr Ayers was hating on the U.S., but as of a week ago Mr Ayers has nevere apologized for his crimes and even expressed regret thsat his radical organization didn't do more.
Mr Obama has no problem with this just asa he had no problem with his preacher talking all that hate for 20 yrs! OH, that's right you're probably one of those who believes Rev Wright never talked like that in front of Barrack! As far as race goes the only one who's said a word about it has been Barrack himself! Personally I don't know what you dems are crying about it looks like Barrack will win and he'll have a majority in congress. If I were you I'd be more concerned how your going to blame everything on the Republicans after BArrack and his congress have been in office a few years and the country is in the nworse shambles ever, yes even worse than the Carter years! Remember those with 20%+ interest rates, double digit inflation and unemployment, and no gas at any price! |

Regardless of who wins the election, we have reached an important milestone in this country. The inept Bush administration now has less than 100 days in office.

Lets not forget Obama's request of almost 1 million dollars a day in "earmarks", and the $800,000 in support of ACORN, that in one area alone registered 5000 votes of which 2500 were fake. ACORN is registering dead people, football players, and some of the same people close to a dozen times. You cant call them out on it though, because these are poor black people that we are trying to disenfranchise. You can't say bad things that are truthful about Obama because then you are a racist. OBAMA, MIGHTY SAVIOR OF THE UNIVERSE, NOT.
Just like most of the country wants to talk with you 8 years after Shrub got "won". |
Do you even know what earmarks are? Yes, some of them are pure waste, but most of it is money needed for important things, like bridges, roads, etc. Kind of important, don't you think? And ACORN, gosh, they've just destroyed our country! Giving the poor, urban (read black and hispanic) votes - what are they thinking? Don't they know that only whites and blacks who vote republican are allowed to vote? Come on, be realistic. Of course there's some voter fraud - any evidence that it is due to anything more than some stupid and misguided low-level volunteer trying to get some more registered? I guess you were against the civil rights act of '64, too. Trying to pin this on Barack is stupid, there's no smoking gun. Face it - Obama is almost certainly going to be our next president, and you need to accept that fact. Perhaps if the neo-cons under Gingrich hadn't gone after Clinton for private indescretions that have nothing to do with the office of POTUS, he might actually have gone after Bin Laden. This constant trying to smear those in the opposite party only hurt our country, and weaken it. If we managed to accept W as our president, and not go after him on smears, baseless or not, you can do the same with Obama if he is elected. It is your duty as a citizen. |

As long as there is FOX news run and funded by and for the financial and political interests of one man, Rupert Murddoch, the ridiculous will be "legitimized." The men and women who serve FOX news at Rupert Murddoch's pleasure do not stop at doctoring the news, they even photo shop pics of people they don't like to make them look sinister. The words "Fair and Balanced" would be the lipstick on FOX News, but we're not fooled by that anymore, are we? Thanks to Msnbc's "Hardball", "Countdown," and "The Rachel Maddow Show" for holding the mirror up to Fox News so we can see there's no reflection and know who is the vampire draining the lifeblood out of this country.

It is my duty as a citizen to vote for whoever is going to keep this country safe, and a vote for Obama is not going to do that. I do not believe in befriending terrorists or those that support terorism, as Obama does, therefore I can not and will not vote for him. That will not doubt not change anything, but at least I can make an effort and can say, no, I did not vote for the one bringing this country down. |
Of course its desperation mode for the McCain camp. Whenever their has been an significant economic downturn, only once since like 1860 has the incumbent party managed to hold on the Presidency. But don't act like the Obama campaign is above the fray and running a stellar campaign.
Oh by the way media sources checked out that Obama does not associate with terrorists? You mean the same media sources that are in the tank for Obama and share Ayers warped world view? |

Comrade Philip,
You are such a liar. The fact is Nobama's connections with terrorists and their sympathizers have not been investigated. That is the problem. There should be an investigation of Nobama and all his seedy connections to terrorists. To ACORN who is corrupting the fair voting process with fraud. To the economic scandal at Freddie and Fannie. His TV as supporting the gun "rights". you would thing he is the second coming of Charlton Heston. But the fact is he has supported: A total ban on handguns. A ban on the sale and transfer of all Semiauto firearms. A ban on right-to-carry permits. And even a ban on keeping firearms in the homes just for defensive purposes. He says he will give tax cuts to 95% of All Americans. The trouble with that is that 40% of Americans don't pay income taxes. He opposes voting rights and has acted to undermine fair elections. While working for ACORN, he has defended actions of acorn to commit voter fraud. ACORN has committed voter fraud. They have added the same name numerous times, they registered the entire team of the Dallas Cowboys, unbeknownst to the Cowboys. These are only a very few example of nobamas support for corrupting the voting process. But that is the only way he may get elected. And he knows it. Contrary to your radical views of Nobama, he is not intelligent as you say he is. Unless you mean he has the intelligence of a Communist revolutionary who opposes American values. That may be more true than any of your propaganda. For Cross, Gun & Oil Terminating liberals at will. liberalismisasin.com |

Jerome Corsi is a DISCREDITED LIAR. Just Google him. John Hawkins of rightwingnews.com wrote:
"[T]here is one enormous problem with Jerome Corsi: he's a habitually dishonest buffoon who will say absolutely anything to make a buck. He's the Right's Michael Moore, except that Michael Moore has much more talent -- and certain boundaries beyond which, even he won't go." ...

And if McCain wins I would like to talk to you a year from now as well... |
It's interesting...the McCain supports are supporting him not for the things McCain wants to change or supports...but for the fact that Obama is this...Obama does that, etc. What exactly is McCain going to do if he gets elected? Keep ramming all the bad things about Barack down our throats? Doesn't it scaare you people that Palin could possibly be in charge of this country if McCain dies? Holy crap, that scares the shit out me! |
w. already succeeded in bringing this country down and ignorants like you and McCain supported him all the way. Get use to saying PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA. People are paying attentiion this election and the GOP fear, lies and smears will not work. Barack Obama does want to befriend terrorists, what an ignorant statement. No wonder why our country is such a mess, do some research! W. and McCain's foreign policies are the ones encouraging terrorism and hatred of Amercia
People are not paying attention, they are buying into the media driven hype called Barack Obama. If people really were paying attention they would realize that it was Republicans that called for regulation on Fannie and Freddie and it was the House Democrats that stonewalled them. There is video evidence of this at a Congressional hearing. They would also realize that as recent as July Obama said that sub prime lending was a "good idea." Someone ought to ask Obama if he fought for greenlining during his time as a community organizer. |
Very Well stated. Sadly, you cannot change an yview because nothing sticks to this "Teflon Candidate" |
Perhaps you can share those number of media sources with us or shall we just guess. To date the mainstream media quotes the candidate whose defense has been,“I was only 8 years old when Ayres was active.” He then brushes off his associations with this unrepentant terrorist as coincidence including the kickoff of his campaign at the Ayers home and sitting on two boards with hum.. His advisors tried to pass that off to an activist named Palmer. She decided to give a rare interview and stated I had nothing to do with it, I was among the guests. Last evening I listened to a supporter who stated Senator McCain should stop talking about associations because the voters don’t care. That is the crux of the problem. Perhaps we should be nicknaming Senator Obama as the “Teflon candidate,” nothing sticks. Perhaps if you really believe the “media sources” you might examine an economist who does a much more thorough job of investigation than your sources. If you believe his economic plan is the way to go, you might also look at the websites of Economist Sowell and by columnist Larry Elder. There are others, but I prefer these sites because they make it difficult to blame their opinions on racism. If you choose not to visit these sites let me give one line from Mr. Elder.“Obama says, without rebuttal, that his plan lowers taxes on "95 percent of working families." This is flatly impossible because 32 percent of income tax returns filed (some 43 million Americans) pay absolutely nothing in federal income taxes.” Surely the mainstream media has challenged that so perhaps you can provide how he shall bring about this economic miracle.
Thomas Sowell (born June 30, 1930), is an American economist, social commentator, and author of dozens of books. He often writes from an economically laissez-faire perspective. He is currently a senior fellow of the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. In 1990, he won the Francis Boyer Award, presented by the American Enterprise Institute. In 2002 he was awarded the National Humanities Medal for prolific scholarship melding history, economics, and political science. I do not recommend these sites for those who do not want another point of view. http://www.jewishworldreview.com/cols/sowell1... Larry Elder was born in Los Angeles and grew up in the city's Pico-Union and South Central areas, Elder attended Washington Preparatory High School and later graduated from Crenshaw High School and earned his B.A.. in Political Science in 1974 from Brown University. He then earned his J.D. from University of Michigan Law School in 1977.[1] After graduation, he worked with a large law firm in Cleveland, Ohio, where he practiced litigation. In 1980, he founded "Laurence A. Elder and Associates", a business specializing in recruiting experienced attorneys. http://jewishworldreview.com/cols/elder100208... (Larry Elder) |

You are clueless. Both the dems and the repubs are too blame for the economy tanking.
From Factcheck.org The Real Deal So who is to blame? There's plenty of blame to go around, and it doesn't fasten only on one party or even mainly on what Washington did or didn't do. As The Economist magazine noted recently, the problem is one of "layered irresponsibility ... with hard-working homeowners and billionaire villains each playing a role." Here's a partial list of those alleged to be at fault: The Federal Reserve, which slashed interest rates after the dot-com bubble burst, making credit cheap. Home buyers, who took advantage of easy credit to bid up the prices of homes excessively. Congress, which continues to support a mortgage tax deduction that gives consumers a tax incentive to buy more expensive houses. Real estate agents, most of whom work for the sellers rather than the buyers and who earned higher commissions from selling more expensive homes. The Clinton administration, which pushed for less stringent credit and downpayment requirements for working- and middle-class families. Mortgage brokers, who offered less-credit-worthy home buyers subprime, adjustable rate loans with low initial payments, but exploding interest rates. Former Federal Reserve chairman Alan Greenspan, who in 2004, near the peak of the housing bubble, encouraged Americans to take out adjustable rate mortgages. Wall Street firms, who paid too little attention to the quality of the risky loans that they bundled into Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS), and issued bonds using those securities as collateral. The Bush administration, which failed to provide needed government oversight of the increasingly dicey mortgage-backed securities market. An obscure accounting rule called mark-to-market, which can have the paradoxical result of making assets be worth less on paper than they are in reality during times of panic. Collective delusion, or a belief on the part of all parties that home prices would keep rising forever, no matter how high or how fast they had already gone up. The U.S. economy is enormously complicated. Screwing it up takes a great deal of cooperation. Claiming that a single piece of legislation was responsible for (or could have averted) the crisis is just political grandstanding. We have no advice to offer on how best to solve the financial crisis. But these sorts of partisan caricatures can only make the task more difficult. –by Joe Miller and Brooks Jackson
