I was being slightly ironic. Sorry you didn't get it. I am fully aware that the U.S. has long had enemies. However, during the Bush administration, that list hs grown considerably longer.

I guess you didn't read or understand the rest of the post since it clearly laid out that the first part was hypothetical to show your faulty logic. It's either that or I am of the strange habit of contradicting myself all in the same schizophrenic post! ;-)

Reread it, respond again and this time get my argument right or you are left with your straw man fallacy. Your choice, dear.

It's stupid to say Obama is a terrorist.
But when Hamas, Al Queada, Iran, Syria, Morales and Chavez openly support the "change" in America's "political attitude"...people should start thinking...why are the enemies of the United States in favor of Obama???
They probably believe the Republican lies, too. Won't they be surprised!

Maybe because Ayres is a well-respected university professor, and Obama had no reason to suspect what he might have been up to 40 years ago? I certainly don't do intensive background checks on everyone I meet.

Yes, you should actually read the memoir, and not the deliberate misquotes that have been posted and emailed all over. You might have a different opinion.

Obama does not object to the NRA. He objects to the ads that lie about his position. Freedom of speech does not give anyone the right to lie, and Obama is right to protest against it.

p.s. he supports the constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

You need to spend some serious time at www.politifact.com and factcheck.org before you continue posting your crazy lies and smears.
Oh wait, I forgot... you already know that they're lies... you're just getting paid to post this crap.
This election will be decided by who addresses the issues, not by who runs alot of character smears. Too bad for lying kooks like you.

Read the article and watch the video then post your reply ON THE article then you'll understand why i stated what I posted.
I have seen the video, but just for you I reviewed it again.

You are aware arent you that if you created the most awful tasting soft drink imaginable and then fed to enough consumers at a busy mall that you'd find some to say they like it.

The reason Bill Ayres is a problem for Obama is that average Americans are concerned that he is so friendly with a former terrorist who plotted to kill and maim innocent people.

There is no positive spin for a man like that and average citizens know it even if Obama supporters prefer to look the other way and see no evil in their hero.

Again, it's too bad you are so dismissive of everyone who disagrees with you.

Obama may be our next president.

And if so it will have to be his base supporters who restrain the darker side of his personality and political beliefs if he is to be restrained at all.

This is what I said:
"Wanting our country to turn to Socialism & Communism is terrifying. Panhandling was banned in Chicago, now he wants to take it to a national level and get the government to do you panhandling for you. On top of that, he believes if you buy recreational drugs with the funds he's panhandled for you, it should be okay. Then, when you need to be hospitalized for abusing drugs, he wants to force the hard working, educated people to pay for it. 40% of this country doesn't pay taxes because they are too poor. He wants to increase that number.
This is terrifying for those of us that earn their keep. So, in a political sense, Barack Obama is a terrorist."

This is how you responded:
"Your ignorance terrifies me. Does that make all ignorant people like you terrorists? According to your ignorant logic: YES! LOL
I say you aren't a terrorist. And Ayers no longer is. And Obama never was. I would go even further. I recognize I stand an extraordinarily greater chance of being harmed by an ignorant fellow American than I do a foreign terrorist. Does that terrify me? No, I simply don't scare that easily. I enjoy being a grown up."
---
At what point does that show any sign of debating my statements?

Do you not believe some of the plans Obama discusses have communist-type views?

Do you not believe people in this country are terrified by those views?

Do you not think the decriminalization of illicit drugs is bad?

Do you not think his plans encourage others to not earn their keep?

Do you doubt that 40% of this country doesn't pay taxes, do you not think that number will increase under his plans?

We can certainly discuss what a lot of American's are afraid of when they read his issues. I'm not calling Obama a terrorist in the strictest sense, I'm just saying there are a lot of people that are terrified about where he stands on issues and some of the views his plans represent. All your statements are telling me are that you are denying the fact that this is happening.

Some people are simply terrified by Michelle Obama when she says things like "someone is going to have to give up a piece of their pie so that someone else can have more." In a lot of people's definitions, that is exactly what communism is all about. She says this about health care. At DCF, we are having Board Meetings regarding Obama's plan on health care. We don't like the idea that the elderly will be paying, on average, an additional $5K per year for his plan, with fewer benefits. But the crude, rude, and terrible part of his plan that scares the hell out of us in our world is trying to figure out ways to argue against some of the points requiring children to be insured. We haven't quite figured out the gruesome details and extremes, but the discussion about Doctors being required to contact DCF regarding child endangerment laws every single time a child misses a doctors appointment is coming up a lot. We don't have anywhere near the resources to investigate such claims as they are now. If everyone was insured, that would at least double the number of cases we would need to take.

Decriminalization of illicit drugs? See Prohibition and tell people that alcohol doesn't contribute to the decay of the American Society. At the same time, please explain to me how this and socialize health care couldn't possibly be linked to one another.

If you can come up with valid points for all, it's worth consideration. In the meantime, people are terrified by Obama and his Socialist/Communist views & plans. If you deny them that right, you must at least back it up with something to calm their fears.

You wrote too much stuff for me to read, all I saw was communist and socialist. My question is what do you call McCain's plan to buy all the bad mortgages (version 1) and version 2 of the plan was we (the taxpayers) give our money to the government banks again so they can go on $100K spa trips? Do you call McCain something that starts with an "S"?

Barack Hussien Obama hanging out with William Ayers, is the equivelent of John McCain hanging out with Timothy McVeigh.

Barack Hussien Obama hanging out with Rev. Jeremiah Wright, is the equivelent of John McCain hanging out with David Duke.

And yet, you Obama supporters think thats OK. That's scary. Obama claims the USA is tthe greatest country in the world, but he wants to change it. That's scary.

Obama my not personally be a terrorist, but he associates with people who are. That's scary.
