I'm assuming by your cabbage patch gibberish that you are claiming to be paying $5-8000 for health insurance and your income is $20-24,000. Well then you are truly a moran. According to the Kaiser calculator, your healthcare is free. If you don't know that then stay stupid.

<quoted text>calling it a tax was the only way to say it was constitutional. of course it won't matter to the nearly 1/2 of the country who don't pay taxes anyway. it will matter to the middle class when their employers cut their health plans to minimal services to avoid the Cadillac tax. and, it will become obvious that many single, healthy young Americans will instead of buying insurance with monthly premiums and contributing to that revenue producing insurance pool--will pay the whopping $95 A YEAR tax.

That's not the way it worked out in MASS...you know, the state that Romeny governed that legislated the exact same healthcare law and mandate. Folks opted for health insurance when it was made affordable.

Do you think Roberts may have been getting back at Obama by calling it a tax when Obama tried to convince us it wasn't? Making Obama look like the liar we all know he is?
E, don't tell me you're that stupid. No politician what's to use the word tax. Read my lips, no new taxes. You and yours are going to play this thing about it being a tax. It's a penalty, Roberts even told you it would fall under the IRS. It's not a tax in any sense of how the term tax is used, still just a penalty.

You seem terribly worried, do you not have health coverage? Are you the bastard running up my taxes at the hospital? Some thing that this healthcare bill is trying to resolve, but you think the Russians are behind it all.

Never complained, it was my duty, but tried my best to stay out of Vietnam.
I won't say that all conservatives are stupid, but you Eman are stepping ahead of fred.
Go and support Romney, repeal and replace. You folks aren't listening. Romney's idea of replace is stuff that's already in this program. Do you want to talk about a waste of money. The conservatives have done nothing but waste time and money trying to defeat President Obama from day one.
Where is your worry for all of those people needing assists? You just write them off as welfare and therefore undeserving. Guy can't find a job in a week or two...welfare scum. You're as out of touch as Romney is.
ObamaCare was jammed down America's throat and now we're going to jam it back up the Kenyan's ass.

The Kenyan lizard's communist coup is a massive redistribution of wealth that hurts everyone...everyone...duh

Who says Romney won’t be able to repeal Obamacare?

The individual mandate is a tax! The Supreme Court has now told us. Maybe the Senate parliamentarian calls it something else–but whatever you call it, it raises revenue and repealing it would have a budgetary effect, and hence be reconciliationable. Here’s Republican Congressional expert Keith Hennessey admitting that the mandate is subject to reconciliation (and this at a time when his interest was in blocking Obamacare, which meant having as few things subject to reconciliation as possible). Certainly the GOPs could cut the monetary penalty (ax-tay) for not having health insurance to, say, a dime. That would certainly have a budgetary effect and a C.B.O. score.

He's the dumbest moran on here. When I said that the best answer to the healthcare issue would be universal single payer through taxation, shut down the insurance companies; he whined that those people would be out of work. Now he's whining that people have to buy insurance from those companies. He's a total idiot

You really are an asshole. What you call questions I look at as your commentary. Nothing there for me to answer. Yes, Ehole, I responded with my own commentary, my mom, the peas.
You accuse many of being mental, alcohol abuse, and when you get totally flustered, then you use some type of perversion.....Got anything new in the many years you've been here?
Kinda shows how limited you are, don't ya think?
__________
So this is the big question....Do you call it "responsibility" (on your part) when you were forced to eat something healthy.
I don't recall being forced to eat anything. I was asked to try certain foods. Some I liked and some I didn't. Now if you were to have asked if my folks provide food in a responsible manner, no doubt, they did. Did I eat responsibly, not a chance. I did the same things most people do, pizza, burgers and fries, etc.
I'm sure you will dislike my answer but I never was forced to eat.
You must have missed that this was not about broccoli.
How about trying to compare it to something closer to what healthcare Insurance is?
In my state you are forced to buy auto insurance to legally be on the road. Now you have the idiots that use the minimum required. One accident and it involves 3 vehicles...$10,000 does not fix the problem. The problem gets fixed by taking them to court. Many think they can just walk away and have a lien put on them. Not the case anymore. Go to court they lose, and until they resolve the amount due, they suspend the persons driving license.
So Epea, I would say that forced insurance is "responsibility". My opinion is the State does not force enough of a "responsibility" on those that are not responsible enough to do it for themselves.
Hope that's good enough for ya.
Ehole: Good one!

He spent the rest of the night crying into his binkie because folks were so MEAN to be talking about his son.

"Insurance Costs
The Affordable Care Act provides you with new ways to hold insurance companies accountable and keep your costs down. These changes can help you get the most out of your health insurance.
Value for Your Premium Dollar
The health care law limits how much of your premium dollar your insurer can spend on things other than providing and improving the quality of your health care.
Lifetime and Annual Limits
Lifetime limits on most benefits are banned for all new health insurance plans. Annual limits on your health benefits are now restricted and will be phased out by 2014.
Flexible Spending Account Changes
If you have a flexible spending account, health savings account, or health reimbursement account, here are some important changes you should know about.
Rate Review
Rate Review helps protect families and small businesses from unreasonable rate increases. Insurance companies must now justify any rate increase of 10% or more."

Some of you do realize the health care bill was passed off under false pretenses and Justice Roberts just pointed that out?
Democrats wouldn't call what they were doing a tax increase because they knew the bill wouldn't pass. Obama couldn't say it wasn't a tax enough when trying to sell it to the American people.
But because Democrats worded it as being a tax in the bill, Justice Roberts simply upheld what Congress said it was. Congress does have the power under the Constitution to raise taxes, and that's exactly what Justice Roberts upheld.
Now, with millions being afforded free health care, where is all the money going to come from to pay for it? The rich first, of course. Then the middle class.
We, the people, still have the power to decide who and what will affect our own lives in this country. We can exercise that power and vote out big government in Washington in November.
Justice Roberts pointed that out as well.
Thanks for the latest from Fox.

Have you figured out yet that you currently are paying for those with no healthcare?

Have you no common sense that the Mandate can actually make a dent in what you have to pay for now? So some fool has to pay a penalty(not exactly a tax, is it?) Gonna have to work real hard to call it a tax. Will the IRS handle it? I suppose so, the same way if you were late on paying a tax, you get a penalty, the penalty is not a tax.

False pretense, no more so than Romony's Plan and he never went around calling it a tax.

Repeal and Replace is the conservative slogan, but it's the same thing you now have. Guess that would be Repeal and Replace under false pretense.

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Scorpio

You're in a very romantic and sentimental state today. You're also feeling quite sensitive and vulnerable, so you won't want to be around anyone you find abrasive or aggressive. If you meet someone for the first time now you'll think they're wonderful and your relationship will always involve putting them on a pedestal. But don't be too idealistic. They are human, remember!
