Florida has more people. South Florida is where the crime is, all the NY people moved there, and the Cubans and the Hatians. Vermont is cold and full of snow. Most people do not wish to live there. Lowest rate of teens giving birth as there are less teens and no one wants a hippie chick full of hair. You are safer in the panhandle of Florida, South Florida is blue and full of crime.
