How's that hope and change working out for ya? LOL. A whole society of liberal zero's like Sheik Yerbouti? That's what we've got for sure. It's no wonder America going down the toilet.

GBA wrote: <quoted text> Oh but yes I do think of alcohol and nicotine as drugs. So do most of the adults I know. Why do you think most people get addicted to alcohol and cigarettes when they are still tweens or teens. And there are lots of drugs peddled on the street that are legal but gangs still traffic in them (oxicontin is only one that comes to mind). Then you understand how your sarcastic invocation of gunfire over a fifth of alcohol makes no sense. Your point was a falsity. Oxy is legal, but by scrip. It's scarce, meaning gang activity. Same for the other "drugs peddled on the street." You don't get that these days with alcohol or tobacco. Legal. See?

I heard that yourself, Bobby Brown, and Obama were half-brothers... Same mamma, but three different fathers... has anyone thought of the people really affected by her death? Her drug dealer just lost his meal ticket. He'll have to start selling some bling to make ends meet.

In many ways, I think they are better than most other people...

for most people, there's a word out there called "choices".. the choices we make in life can help us live, or help kill us. along those lines, life is a crap shoot. some heavy smokers never get cancer, some marathon runners die of heart attacks.
however, the choices that i make in my life, to try to take the best care of myself and not hurt myself by taking drugs or overindulging in other substances, i hope, will let me survive to whatever age i'm meant to. i'm deeply saddened over the loss of a great singer who also gave alot of money to charity. i feel even worse for her daughter and mother and family.
i was in college when whitney's album first came out and used to play her music on a radio show i hosted. when "you give good love" would start i'd get the phone calls. what a singer. rest on whitney.
