All illegal aliens must be repatriated back through South America to their own countries. We are not babysitters for the world. Do not people from Europe, Asia, Africa and the islands deserve an opportunity to apply for American citizenship? A designated limit from each country is in order.
As we gathered the Japanese during WWII, so too we can wisely and carefully bus these illegals back into South America under military escort.
McCain is weak on this issue, but I have to vote for him because of the Islamic, American candidate who already has said he will give our new tax dollars to the U.N. and then on to despots in Africa with deep pockets who also hold to the same ungodly religion. Plus, Hussein Obama's name was on the APPLICATION for the Madrass school when he was a child. Remember, early impressions are lasting! Also, this candidate who refuses to salute the flag and took his oath not on the Bible but the Koran will be soft on Islamic nations who deal out terrorism.
Vote for an American patriot and an executive woman from our largest state of Alaska. A vote for her is a vote for 'drilling' and one against Ms. Pelosi.

Much as we don't like to admit it, we ARE going to have to address this problem individually as parents today. The young people are inundated with this issue and many are uncertain, angry and frustrated because the adults who run things do NOT make the line between right and wrong clear, and they have a double minded way of getting at the truth. It's o.k. for some and not for others.

Sometimes it is the YOUNG people that actually have the integrity to put their action where their beliefs lie. Unfortunately, they are not always tempered with finding out facts first--much like many adults I guess.

Now, personally I don't think the article gives enough information either way. It does not discuss whether or not any crime was committed by either party. It is WRONG to fatally beat a person just because you don't like what is happening. The article doesn't EVEN say whether or not the person was here legally. There is just not enough information here to make ANY judgements on our part. Perhaps these things will likely come out later.

That is the trouble with the press. They report an incident, don't tell the facts, make people furious and judgemental, it tells us no background either of the perpetrators OR the victim and a few details can change the whole picture.

Yeah this guy could have been innocently intimidated and killed by a bunch of young bullies. Then again, maybe that bunch KNEW something the rest of us didn't and the law hadn't caught up with the victim yet.

Thank you. Most people here do not think since most family members come from other countries. I understand the frustration but to kill. There was not reason.

The medal of honor is given to brave men and women who risk their lives for this coutry. These people acted on illogical impulses. C'mon now, we can do better than this.

I am american that has always been prode of my country. My son was a Marine and I was prode of him. I don't believe in illegal actions done by anyone. What I can't understand is why are so many people after Mexicans. Yet I never hear anyone ever going after the group of people that blew up the World Trade Center or that are killing our troops. Lets focus on the big picture! Before our wonderful country goes down the tubes.

Kids are bored and frustrated and obviously these ones were filled with way too much anger. But who's teaching these kids that beating another human being is right? And if it's race/hate crime who's teaching them that these 'immigrants' are the spawn of the devil? Every human has a place and purpose. It's shame that power, greed, envy and all those other things come to pull people off track and do stupid things.
Seems to me you need to work on your education system as we all need to and teach our kids that hate is not the way to live a life.
