Finally some encouraging news for people that have medical problems that are alleviated with mariguana medicinal use. I am curios to what money the County Of San Diego used to pay theses litigation attorneys? Is it our tax money that we work for?

Most states have decriminalized Marijuana based on the amount.
Most marijuana use is recreational. I agree with Paul, legalize it tax it and we will be flush with new cash.
Amsterdam taxes it at 20%.

It's the only income stream they have.

I don't understand it. We, the people of California, voted to legalize it for medicinal purposes. Ok? This was with a pretty good sized majority.
So, now our "elected" officials are telling us what the will of the people is?
Sounds like its time to elect some new officials and put this bunch out of work.

I know. But, you can vote elected officials out of office. Can't (in most cases) vote a judge out...
