I don't know about "damning" America, but God certainly seems to be slowly removing His hand of blessing from this country.

This country was founded on Christian belief, and on Judeo-Christian ethics, to honor God, and in submission to God. But today, we have taken prayer and the Bible out of schools; we have taken the Ten Commandments from public displays; we kill millions of babies through abortion; and we are becoming more and more a godless nation. -You shall not make wrongful use of the name of your God (i.e., You shall not take the Name of the Lord God in vain...this is called blasphemy)

-Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy

-Honor your father and mother (Have you ever cursed your mother or father? Have you always obeyed them?)

-You shall not murder (and Jesus said that if you hate, you have already committed murder in your heart)

-You shall not commit adultery (and Jesus said that if a man looks upon a woman with lust he has already committed adultery in his heart)

-You shall not steal

-You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor (i.e., lying)

-You shall not covet your neighbor's house (lusting after things that belong to other people)

-You shall not covet your neighbor's wife (lusting after other people)

If you have broken these commandments, then God, the Judge of the Universe, sees you as a lying, thieving, blasphemous, adulterer-at-heart. If you are found guilty on Judgment Day, you will be one of the billions of people cast into the lake of fire for eternity.

However, the same God who is infinitely Holy is infinite in mercy as well. He made a way for you to be forgiven by sending Jesus to pay the punishment that you deserve. You broke God's law, and Jesus paid your fine. He then defeated death by rising from the dead. God now commands all men everywhere to repent (turn away from your sins), because He has appointed a day in which He will judge the living and the dead. Repent and place your faith in Jesus alone to save you. Do it today. Nothing and no one else but Jesus alone can help you on Judgment Day.

Once again all this thread proves is that mans belief of God, views him as a vengeful, destructive, wrath giving entity. And yet oddly enough those same people who speak of his wrath also say we must turn to him for salvation? Makes no sense. God does not exist, only our actions or inactions do, this is what matters because it is the only true realistic thing in our lives.
How many people of the Earth have prayed that hunger does not tough them yet it does?
How many people of the Earth have prayed that violence and illness does not touch them yet it has? God is no more reliable than playing the lotto. If God does exist prove it...

God, if there is one surely should damn America. We have had millions die for corporate business interests in many countries presently in Iraq. We are all mass murcerers. It is our tax money being used to kill all of these innocent people nedlessly. When you're praying for our soldiers at church don't forget the hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis mostly women and kids that are dying because of us. No they don't show it on TV or even count them it's just happening and we all know it....down deep we all know it!

IMO, Americas day is coming. The soil of America is soaked in blood and you have countries with so much hate focused energy towards America, not to mention some of its own citizens who have focused hatred towards America. If you know anything about energy, then you'd realize how damned America really is.

You don't do evil sh@t and never have to pay. That is the simple law of cause & effect, karma.

It doesn't matter if your forefathers did it, it's usually someone else down the bloodline that pays. They used to try and kill off entire blood lines, now in modern times people think they are not to pay, b/c it was their ancestors who did it. I find it funny that when it's to benefit them they are completely willing to accept the benefit of what their ancestors created, but will not accept the bad of what they created.

There were claims of God, mixed with the forthrightness of man. Yet, through it all our empty, self fortified traditions were founded and then forged with an alloy of an unbreakable, strong mixture called pride. It was this American self-importance that would inadvertently lay the bars for a prison that would one day incarcerate us all! Create a star to be worshiped on screens of silver, compose a little love; then wake up and do it all over again!

At what time in history did the Christians march hand in hand as brethren in America? The only color from a time that wasn’t really of God was a shade called white. The glass that the Founding Fathers of America poured and passed onto their children was called beautiful and it looked like a pure, fresh goblet of milk but without any chocolate! How boring! Everything in America is overflowing with images of white people as though there were none other!
Filled with all of his ways, the white man tried to take exalt himself above it all with such covetous and un-Godly desires as movies, media, television and music! Hurl forth your white ways upon the earth, brand it, market it, even pass it out for free just like crack cocaine and see who comes back for more! In the foundations of the United States of America, there was brutal separation, rebellion, humiliation, robbery, manipulation, enslavement, and even murder. If this wasn’t bad enough, Americans then thanked God for the whole gluttonous, bloody nightmare! Oh to the follies committed by a select few of the “enlightened” American thinkers! So many would follow and never ask questions about the real United States of America. Is it any wonder that America sits waiting for a fate worse than Lot in the scorching breath of God’s anger!
