Why Michelle Obama Addressed The DNC: Goal was to show skeptics that her husband is a real American.

They have such "bedrock values" as allowing new born babies to die because they had the strength to survive an abortion. And a better future? My future won't be better if the government takes half my paycheck to pay for those who didn't choose to do better for themselves. Michelle and her husband speak very passionately and poetically when reading from a telepromter, but life can't always be scripted.

Don't worry, you're safe! Judging by your post, I highly doubt YOU could ever be in the 50% tax bracket.

Read the tax plan, then comment. Doing that will surely remove the foot you just inserted in to you own mouth.

I've read what he says his tax plan is and what The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and the Kiplinger Report says his tax plan is...either way, I'll be taxed near 50%.

McCain did a very smart thing choosing Palin. Last night Obama gave a supposedly "Historic" speech. Not really historic, he just reiterated the tired "Take from the people that work and give to the people that won't" rhetoric, but whatever. But today, no media coverage. It's all about McCain.
5 million Hillarites who were voting for McCain just grew to at least 8 million. Biden won't be able to call Palin names like is usually does his opponent in debate, or the number rises to 10 million.
Did McCain need to pick a woman? No. While the Woman vote is important, it won't be that close come November anyway. Barack goes back to Chicago, and Blacks get blamed for losing the easiest election in 200 years. Sounds good to me.
