im black and voting for obama as a step forward,im not expecting a swift change butt he'll be a start just as nat turner ,jon brown, frederick douglas, mlk,(ect)started the ball rolling! i know my life wont change butt maybe my kids will see the benefits just as we are seeing the benefits of other leaders before us! what the heck its better than 4 more years of these republicans! and by the way the lady palin impressed me and as a black democrat that is hard to admit. mccain looked and sounded like a stiff robot reading a written speech,he was terrible!
Please don't get too excited about Palin. her delivery wasn't bad, but compared to McCain, a dead rat could give a better speech when properly hooked to electrodes. Palin has no depth, and her experiences and background issues are just now coming to light. I believe she will be found lacking in many instances.

What facts kushka? What change? Nothing but empty rhetoric. Get out of your dorm and live life, maybe you'll see things in a different light. The composition of your poem is very Obama, kind of like marshmallow fluff!
If the word "change" is such an empty one, how is it that McCain is trying to steal it, add it to his platform, and is chanting it like a new Mantra?
Then, of course, there is the little factual problem of McCain belonging -- hook, line, and sinker -- to the very Party who brought us the mess that needs changed in the first place! Or are the People supposed to be too stupid to understand that? Anyone who votes 95% along their Party line is no maverick, period! Talk about the perfect example of the Nazi-inspired trick of telling the "big lie." There is NO denying this!

Are you really Gladys, the typing chicken from the Perdue chicken commercials? Your first word is certainly chicken-inspired, and you exhibit clear chicken-logic in the rest of the post, so therefore, you must BE a chicken.(A basic application of typical Republican logic.)

Sadly, he's a Christian.
I'd prefer if he was an agnostic, but you have to work with what you got...
Obama a "muslin?" I'm confused? Why would anyone, other perhaps, than Karl Rove, attempt to anthropomorphize a fine, cotton fabric for politican purposes?

People love Sarah. You can't deny she is making a big difference in this election. I think she will make a fine president in 2012.

HOW TO START EACH DAY WITH A POSITIVE OUTLOOK

1. Open a new file in your computer.
2. Name it 'McCain-Palin'.
3. Send it to the Recycle Bin.
4. Empty the Recycle Bin.
5. Your PC will ask you:'Do you really want to get rid of 'McCain-Palin?'
6. Firmly Click 'Yes.'
7. Feel better?

She's a member of a cult that wants to DESTROY all other christian groups except HER OWN.

Didn't you click on the links I posted earlier?

Please refrain from posting unsubstantiated rumors about candidates. If you are going to fight, at least try to back up your smears with fact. If you have facts, please post them.

Frankly, guy, if you accept everything Fox says as true, then you haven't paid attention to ANY other source. Other news sources may put a bit of spin on the news, but frankly Fox twists it all out of recognition.

I find the appellation "Faux News" frighteningly appropriate.

Since you were too feeble to click them the first time....here they are again.

Click'em and weep.

What's that? You refuse to click on any of these?

Hardly surprising.... yet you feel compelled to comment on things for which you have NO INFORMATION.

As to Troopergate, the brother in law has admitted to child abuse in an interview on CNN. Did you see that? He should have been fired for that alone but there were several other reasons. If the chief refused, he should have been fired for among other things, not performing his duties and responsibilities. I may be wrong, but I believe the chief serves at the pleasure of the governor, as is the case in most states.

I will now go review your other sources and get back to you.

Why would you want to defend an admitted child abuser?

It's easy to see why. Palin is an evangelical Christian, a creationist and opposed to abortion and same-sex marriage.(Alaska was one of the first states to amend its constitution to prohibit same-sex marriage, and Palin supported that 1998 measure.) She also happens to be a lifetime member of the National Rifle Assn. and a hunting and fishing enthusiast whose favorite dish is moose stew."

Sounds like Tim Rutten of the LA Times is on her side. What's the problem there?

oh please your probably only voting for mccain because he's white.. your just as bad as the people voting for obama based on his race.. I'm tired of you people acting like your not one of the people voting based on race, that's the issue both mccain and obama have to face from both the white and black community.. the communities of crybaby idiots who don't want to take an equal share responsibility for the problems that still exist and should no longer exist in our government.. more especially whites.
