Have you ever waited out a storm in a crowded school gymnasium with screaming toddlers? Have you ever sat in your car for 13 hours trying to evacuate and eventually gave up because government warnings caused widespread panic? Do you have pets and/or senior family members who can't be easily evacuated? Have you ever returned home from a hurricane to find your house completely undamaged, except for that which was caused by looters? I didn't think so. Now.... shut the H up. This is the reason Alaska needs their own oil refinery! because all oil that goes through the TransCanada Pipeline, at .25 per gallon, we will buy it back much higher then any state paids because it has to go farer; after going through Canada it's likey to be forgien oil. What about the homeless and broke people gamballing with nature, who can't afford to up and move out, at a moments notice, and/or even the mentally changelled people, deserve a chance.
