'Hate' claim fires up John McCain

The Obama campaign plays the RACE CARD AGAINST WHITES more than Hitler played the RACE CARD AGAINST the Jews.

What is strange is that for a candidate like Barack who spent 20 years in an afro-centered Christian church and has spoken out against slavery HAS NO RECORD of standing against the slave trade that is going on in Africa today.

As for Lewis, McCain has considered the RACE-BAITING clown some sort of civil rights hero. ha ha ha ha

Well, the Obama campaign hasn't played the race card that I'm aware of, although I do agree that Lewis may be a bit harsh in his criticisms of McCain.

I know that McCain respects Obama (and vice-versa); I just hope that the campaign doesn't reach any more ugly heights before it is over.

That's right! The GOP! Look at their history thus far in this election season. The GOP will do whatever it takes to throw a wrench in the Dems wheel. They will do whatever it takes to smear and attack the Obama/Biden ticket.

It is MY charge that the GOP have put people on the ground in each state (mostly the swing States) to fill out these "bogus" voter registration forms pretending to be "new voters". Try looking into Collage students; and I'm sure they have recruited others as well.

In THIS election season, the GOP have tampered with Dr. Ron Paul's campaign. I will bet my life that they have already tampered with the ELECTRONIC voting machines during the Primaries. Because the actual numbers (election results) didn't jive with the number of voters who had voted for Ron Paul. They did this with the ELECTRONIC voting machines in the 2000 and 2004 elections also (in the PRESIDENTIAL elections).

The MSM should be making the ELECTRONIC voting machines a major issue BEFORE this election instead of waiting until AFTER the election when it will be TO LATE!! These machines can EASILY be tampered with and there is NO PAPER TRAIL!! These machines are UNCONSTITUTIONAL and this Country should get rid of them at once!

It amazes me how Obama can talk about healing old wounds and complain about the racial division in our country, yet Lewis, a loyal Obama surrogate and former civil rights worker, gives us a perfect example of promoting disunity and hatreds, which is just the opposite of what Mr. McCain wants. My personal feeling is that Obama really cares as much for us brothers working every day as the dog crap he would scrape off his shoe. As for me, keeping a job is important and the black folk do not know how they are going to suffer with Obama. McCain will do more for all of us. He knows how the economic problems can be fixed and how to win the war with the Talibans. He is an honest man and does not hide things and tell lies like Obama. He knows how all the economic problems, energy problems, and the war are all related and he knows how it can be fixed. Obama does not know how to do anything but make promises he can not keep, tell one lie after another and talk pretty. If he was in prison he would make a good bitch for somebody and if all truth was known about him, that is where he might be. McCain is a better friend than Obama would be and he will not cause all the trouble Obama will.

I just wish everyone would overlook all the "fear smears" from both sides and stick to the issues. Its making people too emotional to make any kind of rational decision.

I was impressed how McCain was addressing his crowds at the end of last week asking them not to be afraid or think Obama was a crazed lunatic and to try to tone down the "kill him" comments. That is the sensible and trustworthy McCain we used to know.

Like most independents, I used to think highly of McCain. But his campaign has been insanity. And with Palin showing every sign of being a far right wing extremists, no way I could vote for McCain with any even slight chance she would become president. I do beleive John can "come back to his senses" But I am afraid he will not or that it is too little too late. I have talked to other independents who feel the same way. Sadly the thing John did to capture this race, put Palin on the ticket, may be what destroyed his chances of winning.
