What's really sad is that she'll probably get off with an insanity defense because she's the mother. If the father had done it, he'd already have a needle in his arm right now. But since "no mother in her right mind could harm her precious baby," she'll do a few months in the funny farm, then be back on the street to kill the next one.

This is another example of a womans right to choose. I think the judge should go easy on her, after all she was only 1 month away from being able to kill the child legally......maybe we should extent the partial birth abortion rules to include babies of a couple months of age. Some women need more time to make up their minds.

Did you read the article? SHE WAS CONVICTED and FACES THE DEATH PENALTY. Insanity defenses are played from day one, this is NOT the case here. THIS MONSTER faces the death penalty and DESERVES IT. How digusting! How deplorable! How Aweful! ;(

This is terrible and the both of them should have life in prison or death. They took away a childs life. WHo are they to decide and to stick the poor little thing in a oven, when there are people out there that would love to have a little baby of their own and cant. They are just sick.
