This guy is a joke. But he is right, the government is bending backwards for the illegals. I think all Americans should have their W2's changed at work and claim 20 dependents. Then lets see what the government thinks when they have no money coming in. The American people are being made fools of and our government is the cause.

My Great Great Great Great Grandfather got off of a ship in Charleston SC in 1725, right out of Dublin. I'm an American! I judge a man by his worth, not by his country. I would like to tell you guys a story. A few years ago I needed to add onto my house. I had a sick relative that needed 24 hour a day care. I had just retired from a state government agency but had went to work for a city. I decided to quit and take care of my family. I went to a well known contractor and signed up, 800 sq. ft. add on. The first day of construction a Mexican crew with a American boss came to my house. I was worried. My worry was unfounded. These guys were at my home at 730am every morning, they worked for 4 hours, took a 30 min. break, fixed Mexican food in a microwave they brought with them, they worked for 4 more hours. NO other breaks, no smoking, no bitching, everthing straight and square. This went on for 3 months, everyday the same. I must tell you that I became a Mexican fan because of these guys and their devotion to duty. I have no idea on their legal status. I do think the only English they knew was "do you like". Now, I want you to think about that, "do you like". We need to give these guys a break, they are better Americans than most of us are! God bless the United States of America!

The gentleman who had the Mexican crew build his addition has bought into the whole "Illegals will do the work that Americans won't." This translates into illegals will work for wages that demean American citizens. One of the proscribed outcomes of this vast invasion is the reduction of wages and the complete suppression of unions. Ultimately, the amnesty bills that are being ironed out will create a vast peasant class where once there was a middle class, and generational Americans will have to compete with formerly illegal residents for every job. None will be safe except for government patronage jobs. In addition, both parties are courting the huge potential voting bloc that will keep them in power. They will not offend illegals, and certainly not El Presidente, whose country benefits from the billions those who samba-ed and cha-cha-ed across the open border send to their families at home. Perhaps it is logistically impossible to round up 11 or 12 million people and send them home, but the taxpayers should NOT be expected to subsidize their educations, medical care and social services. They should be strictly on their own. If this country's resources are confined to those who live here legally, perhaps it will not seem such a palatable place to squat.

Bad news for the American people, who were 'sold' by their Senators to work hard to provide free food stamps, free education free health care and free social security to 60-100 million poor illegals from Mexico and their families, and for millions of the poor of rest of the world that are on their way to our borders. The Immigration Bill which was pushed by Senators like McCain and Arlene Specter and Graham presents a major danger to the future of the American people, including the education system that will collapse, the heath system and hospitals that will not be able to take care of the Americans, Social security system that will crash by adding 12 million illegals now and 60-100 million illegals who did not pay their share, even if they used a false social security number. It is a shameful bill which is supported by 'liberal' republicans that deny their party principles and that will change this country forever to a third world country. The illegals and their families whom we do not know who they are, what is their criminal history, what is their health problems, disability etc. were granted rights which even exceed the rights of the American people and in addition also priority in getting into colleges and universities, getting a job, not paying taxes for most of the time that they stay here, and much more. The compassion of Senator McCain and Arlene Specter to the lawbreakers is misleading and disgraceful. No American should ever vote for these ‘liberal’ Republican Senators who prefer to betray the principles of their conservative party for the purpose of promoting their own career and helping lawless people to bit the law and the American system. Every American voter should not vote for these liberal republicans that gave the illegals even better rights than the Americans in getting free money support from the government, while encouraging even more million of illegal immigrants from all over the world to come and make USA a third world country.

Misuse of another individual's SSN is a violation of Federal law and may lead to fines and/or imprisonment and disregarding the work authorization provisions printed on your Social Security card may be a violation of Federal immigration law. Violations of applicable law regarding Social Security Number fraud and misuse are serious crimes and will be prosecuted.

The following provisions of law deal directly with Social Security number fraud and misuse:
• Social Security Act: In December 1981, Congress passed a bill to amend the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1981 to restore minimum benefits under the Social Security Act. In addition, the Act made it a felony to
…willfully, knowingly, and with intent to deceive the Commissioner of Social Security as to his true identity (or the true identity of any other person) furnishes or causes to be furnished false information to the Commissioner of Social Security with respect to any information required by the Commissioner of Social Security in connection with the establishment and maintenance of the records provided for in section 405(c)(2) of this title.

Violators of this provision, Section 208(a)(6) of the Social Security Act, shall be guilty of a felony and upon conviction thereof shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or both.

• Identity Theft and Assumption Deterrence Act: In October 1998, Congress passed the Identity Theft and Assumption Deterrence Act (Public Law 105-318) to address the problem of identity theft. Specifically, the Act made it a Federal crime when anyone
…knowingly transfers or uses, without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person with the intent to commit, or to aid or abet, any unlawful activity that constitutes a violation of Federal law, or that constitutes a felony under any applicable State or local law.

Violations of the Act are investigated by Federal investigative agencies such as the U.S. Secret Service, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and prosecuted by the Department of Justice.
