He didn't swim halfway to europe. He claims to have gone ashore and walked to get help, went back to his hotel Passed out-wow drunk not shocked-and yes he failed to go back to the scene. He made stupid fatal choices.

Her family requested no autopsy, they could have had many reasons for not doing so. Religion might have been one of them. There is not always an autopsy if the family objects, especially in the times back then.

The law has always required an autopsy in cases of suspicious or accidental death. The less then honorable drunken senator and his charming family managed that crime scene and did things their way to protect him. It's very possible he killed her prior to driving off the bridge but they made certain none of the questions surrounding her death would ever be answered.

Well Mister, In Christianity when one is a true follower of Christ and becomes born again, then all his sins are removed from him and he himself becomes a newly born individual; just like a newborn baby. I hope and pray that Ted Kennedy becomes a born again Christian so that one day when his day comes, he will go to heavan. What happened in the past with Jo was indeed very tragic and none of us are here to judge him (only God is the judge sitting up above us in heavan)!!!
However, he lived his life doing good to the US government and the people of the United States. He became a good family father figure for all the Kennedy children and his own children; and he served his country very well!!!!!

How do we know it was blood or sediment/mud from the dirty water she was in? The girl died from the car accident and without autopsy there will always be what if's?

Did his name buy him out of a bad scene, yes, but not without huge repercussions. He has to live with and did with all the bad that he did. It is not up to you or I to judge that.

Btw.

Had a cousin and aunt both die under wierd circumstances and the policemen also thought our aunt may have killed herself but we asked that autopsy not be done for religious reasons and it was not done. My cousin died at home with a cup of coffee in her hands and again the police sent her to the mortuary without autopsy. We asked that she not be cut in any way.

Nothing would change the outcomes of these cases. They are still dead. Oh and this was within the last 14 yrs one being just 5 years ago.

My good friends daughter died in a violent car crash, they didn't autopsy. They knew how she died and didn't want her abused anymore.


So you are wrong...they don't always autopsy.
