Government is all about the power it has over the citizens.
Democrats want to grow the size of government and increase that power government has over the citizens.
Republicans want to shrink government and give more control back to the citizens.
It's just that simple

It's democrats that are the control freaks. Democrats want to expand government and the controls government has over lives of Americans.

Don't you understand that? Democrats want control and power for the government. Republicans want the people to have control of their own lives with the least amount of government necessary.
It's simple. Grover Norquist is a lobbyist that has somehow hypnotized the simpletons in the Retardican party into listening to him. I guess the Supreme Court was right.. Money is speech...But the only ones getting to keep most of their money are the very rich. The rest of us have to pick up the slack and pay for the services that we (and you) all need. You are the one that doesn't get it. No I am not advocating giving out money to people who don't deserve it. I am advocating the return of tax structure of the 1950's. Oh, BTW.... The government is the country.. Without it there is no USA.... Think about it.
