Totally agree. Too bad neither candidate wants an immediate withdrawal. Neither candidate is willing to close down useless bases overseas and stop policing the world. Neither candidate is willing to stop giving money to the U.N. either.

Steve,
The scary thing is if Obama is president then him and the Democrat controlled congress will go nuts passing as much "feel good" socialist programs as possible. They will rack up government spending to the point we will need a 75% income tax to pay for any of it. We will quickly become a socialist country that is completely reliant on the government.
I really don't like McCain either, but as president he won't be able to act like a dictator and pass all of the legislation he wants. There will actually be some checks and balances with a Democrat controlled congress and a Republican President. McCain is the only one talking about a freeze on spending in order to reduce the debt and help our economy by keeping taxes low. Obama wants to continue out of control spending and increase taxes on business. That is the worst thing you can do during an economic crisis. Are the Obamabots so retarded they don’t realize this?
Alex..I totally agree and the sheep will continue to follow their Messiah.
They know not...they're the sucker fish of our society ..they feed off the handouts...the government freebies....their voice...show me the money....me first.. give it to us...Good bye to the America that we all one loved...generations before us will be so disappointed with our choice come November and more importantly ashamed ...Obama will go down in history and it won't be "pretty like his reflection" that he is so enamored with. God help us.
America the beautiful...never again.

But,it cannot survive treason within, the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.

"For the traitor appears not as a traitor he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments,he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. Ditto that...I WOULD have voted for him in 2000...who this flip-flopping, pandering, ass-kissing, programmed fool is NOW, I have NO IDEA...I REALLY think he wants to be a WAR President, plain and simple, because that is ALL he knows...nothing else.

Do you know "The neocon playbook of repeating lies enough they become truth" is old? Like McSame and Bush? We need a new fresh approach. A lot of people are really tired of unregulated banks and stock markets. Unregulated big business and CEO's that make millions even when they are going bankrupt. WE ARE TIRED of conserative policies that "say" they are reducing the size of the government , on one hand. While making government 4 times larger than it was when Clinton was President. Oh and the fact we had a budget surplus when he left office and NOW we are standing on the verge of another depression. If that's what you like, vote for McSame, who thinks our economy is "fundamentally strong".

Obama supports homosexual marriage, racial preferences, banning all guns, flag-burning, socialized medicine and the absolute right to abortion, including partial-birth abortions. He voted against requiring medical care for aborted fetuses who survive.
Obama is anti-war, voted against the reauthorization of the USA Patriot Act, against privatizing Social Security and opposes the death penalty, three strikes laws and school vouchers. He has no military service record. He strongly supports the decriminalization of marijuana.
Obama opposed the Defense of Marriage Act; would work to repeal it in the U.S. Senate; would not vote for any legislation that would restrict the ability of gays and lesbians to marry.
Wow..that;s the ticket I want to support...vote Obama

Obama plans to stay in Iraq. He has said, "we should not leave Iraq in a way that benefits the Iranians"....read "WE ARE STAYING IN IRAQ." He is funding a billion dollar embassy that he plans to "protect" with thousands of troops. Not only that, but he plans to put more troops in Afghanistan, and alludes to some Tom Foolery in Pakistan. He wants to give the Georgions billions of dollars in aid from the BANKRUPT I.O.U.S.A...furthering tensions between us and Russia. That is only the beginning of his global handout courtesy of a bankrupt economy, that is on the verge of a total economic collapse. Obama will win though. Don't you worry.

In addition, the Marxist Stalinist Barack Obama is using scare tactics to prevent ads of his opponents and the left wing media including CNN, CBS, and SNL goes immediately to war Putin-style against Sarah Palin and Barack using the ugly and stupid Tina Fey as a vicious Nazi style clown.
Clearly, at anti-American atmosphere that is created by the hostile liberal socialistic media of NBC, the New York Times, and ABC, the American people keep their decisions for themselves, except the African Americans who will vote on racial line.
Obviously, the American people are smarter that telling their candidate choice the hostile pro-Islamic media as they aim at surprising the Muslim rooted, Saudi Arabia secretly financed and the best friend of the terrorists Barack Hussein Obama.
Barack Hussein Obama was already voted unanimously by Hamas, Hezbollah, al Qaida, Ahmadinajad, and King Abdullah to lead as US president the 57 country Islamic world against our US troops and for the victory of the barbarian radical Islamic terrorism and its spread all over the world.
Get over it Obama and the terrorists! These polls are worthless, and the elections will prove that the American people despise the foreign educated America hater Islamic Barack Obama who never had any American birth certificate as required to become President of America.

although the thought of being independently wealthy with no need for a job sounds appealing, instead i work for a pharma company helping to make life-saving drugs that you yourself might need one day to feel better and live longer. we don't discriminate - our drugs are used by people who both like and despise us.

When Obama had a chance to show leadership...this is how he handled it.

Obama's "commitment" to Afghanistan: He believes the US "took its eye off the ball" when we went into Iraq, and promises to refocus on Afghanistan as President.

The reality is that since Obama began chairing the Senate Foreign Relations Committee’s Subcommittee on European Affairs in January 2007, not a single policy hearing has been conducted on anything, Afghanistan or otherwise.

When Hillary Clinton brought this up at the Cleveland debate, Obama conceded, "I became chairman of this committee at the beginning of this campaign.… So it is true that we haven’t had oversight hearings on Afghanistan." ‘Nuff said.

It has Jurisdiction over the countries of Europe, as well as NATO activities. "Jurisdiction: The subcommittee deals with all matters concerning U.S. relations with the countries on the continent of Europe ... and with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the European Union and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe."

He hasn't convened a single meeting.

Obama has never held a single policy hearing on anything, not Afghanistan, or anywhere else.

That's the leader we need...vote Obama

Big Tim...travel back in time and see which party pushed loans to lower income families down the throats of America. You don't have to go to far back..head into the land of Clinton. You'll find the birth of the problem resting in Bill's cradle of the Oval Office and it wasn't Monica.

Also, McSame is a sanctioned Senator from the Keating 5 investigation. That means a committee(of Johnny's peers) warranted a sanction of him breaking the law. Not some convicted felon scumbag, just trying to get out of jail. So, shhhhhhhhhhhh!
