Thanks for the update on this shameful event in Pennsy politics. Nader will get justice eventually in court. But the duopoly that we allow to control political thought in America will learn nothing good from it.

Can there be any doubt that House Majority Leader "Jarhead" DeWeese was well aware of this clearly illegal use of public funds for political activity yet allowed it to continue? Wait until people start asking about his staff member who spends most of her day trying to find him a dinner date so he doesn't have to eat alone. If he gets some well-deserved time in stir for his criminality, he'll never eat alone unless he gets thrown in "the Hole" for bad behavior.

Democrats are such whiny losers. If they would present a clear opposition instead of just adopting Republican policy and rhetoric, maybe they could win something. With that said, NADER/GONZALEZ IN 08!!

Amazing, the efforts some go to in order to prevent democracy from working.

This article isn't very informative, it doesn't delve into the depth of the problem and it doesn't provide reader's with an insiders' perspective. The effort to throw Mr Nader off the ballot in 2004 was nationwide. It was called 'The Ballot Project'.
Try reading these 2 articles, specifically about what happened in Pennsylvania.
