Just enforce the immigration laws that are AREADY ON THE BOOKS!! Punish the people who defy the law and hire the undocumented. Track down and punish those presenting FALSIFIED social security numbers. Deport the undocumented. We do need to clear up the backlog of those applicants who are LEGALLY following the path to citizenship. Anything short of enforcing the existing rule-of-law would be an OPEN INVITATION for the invasion to continue.

I can see a trend starting to take place. Every couple of decades the US government in there stupidity grants amnesty to all the freeloader Illegals. It's there way of propping up the Ponzi scam of a Social Security system. The only problem is it will cause a faster breakdown of the entire system.

Border security first
Penalties for employment second
Then passive departation will take place as the jobs will dry up

President Bush admitted that the ‘amnesty’ to the illegals is the most difficult issue between the Senate Bill and the House Republicans that refuse rewarding 60-100 million poor and mostly uneducated illegals including more than one million Islamic terrorists and gang members and their relatives, with large 'gift basket' of rights and more special rights which exceed the rights of the legal American people. Obviously this free ‘gift basket’ of ‘tons’ of rights to the illegals will drive USA to bankruptcy of its social security, Medicare, health care, school system, legal court system and social services as we used to know as American people, because of these invaders overloading these systems. USA will loose its American values with poor and uneducated invaders that jump the fence to ‘suck’ the wealth of America, without giving anything back, and without any wish to merge with the American people. The irresponsible and shameful bill was approved by the Democrat senators with 15 liberal Republican Senators including John McCain, Arlene Specter and Lindsey Graham who are looking for the Hispanic votes for their own career. The Senate bill already encouraged and caused an increase of flow of the poor, unprofessional, uneducated and non-English speaking people from all over the globe that hurry to jump the border fence for their American dream, which will cause the destruction of US as we know it today. The horrendous Senator Bills has no means to enforce the existing laws and the new laws for invaders that are unknown, and many of them are Islamic terrorists, criminals and gang member that will roam in our cities, with overloaded prisons.

There you go. Using logic and common sense in a very complicated matter. It's clear that no matter what legislation is passed it ill not be enforced. Just a political show to pacify the American public.

These corrupt Politicians will stop at nothing when it comes to soliciting votes from uneducated people. The American public is getting wise to their corrupt ways and the stupid ones are easier to convince.

Just remember all of this when it's time to go to the polls. It's time politicians do as we ask and not what they feel Bush wants.

NO, George...What part of "NO" don't you understand? This is the country of AMERICANS and the majority are screaming "NO!"

I usually vote republican, but I am wondering why. If I wanted Internationalism I would vote Democrat.

Why don't the Bush Administration do like Australia's Prime Minister did? He packs all migrants off to some island country that don't belong to any civil rights organisation and then lives the "out of sight out of the voters mind" game. America could also let Donnie Dumbfart and the CIA lay thousands of landmines at the border, fly the Mexicans (that survive) to Poland and torture them to confess Al-Quida connections, then keep all of them in Guantanamo making everyone feel safe and warm & fuzzy?
That way any human rights left in the "democratic" world can put on it's SS uniform and feel superior. Sieg Heil!

The people of the United States do not want immigration reform. We want our borders secure.

Dear President Bush, I congratulate you on this great day and on this victory day on al Qaida and the world Islamic terrorism, killing the worst enemy Al Zarqawi, I call on you to protect the borders of USA with our troops and by all means and also please do not cave to interest groups who request 'triple amnesty' to 60-100 million unknown illegal people and their relatives. Will you let these illegals stay in your home overnight without checking first who they are?
