Clinton nearly toast, so why is she still in race?

In political races, toast is a relative term. To qualify, the bread might be just barely singed.

Why shouldn't she believe in miracles? The only reason she's not out front right now is that Obama took the black vote away from her. The way I see it, they need each other.
They look good as a team too!

The question is would Obama still be in front if the recent revelations of Wright, Ayers, etc., came out before some of the earlier primaries?

The reason she is staying in is to drag out the fight so that Obama has to spend his war chest. McCain is sitting back waiting in the wings building his war chest. If McCain wins, Hillary has the chance to run in 2012 again. If Obama wins, her chances of another presidential nomination is almost all but gone.

Well I know one thing if the DEMS lose you can deffinately blame Hillary for that
She is not a team plyer and she uses dirty politic .The only thing she does care about is being president .Would she even still be married if she didnt want to become president. She has been planning this since Bill was in office and I will bet that if she doesnt win she will divorse Bill

You might be right! I think the Clinton's are far more shrude, right now they are in disscusions for a spot on the ticket, and not just the cerimonial vp spot. She will have a voice in the administration. What better position to have than a vice presidency to a guy who might actually have to watch his back.

I just hope she stays in the race!! That way the liar spends her own money and still loses the race!! Less cheeseburgers for Bubba! Bet they get divorced when she loses! She don't need him anymore and he will be free to "hook-up" with some bimbo thats younger than Chelsey and go live in England.!! America shouldn't have to put up with anymore Clintons!!

If Hillary does not get the Democratic Party nomination on the first ballot, she might get it on the second ballot. If she does not get the Democratic Party nomination, she should start another political party. After all, the Democratic Party is all screwed up. This was evidenced by the Florida Democratic leaders disenfranchising the people of Florida by not insuring them proper representation at the National Convention. One thing I will say for certain is I WILL NOT vote for Barack Hussein Obama.

Oh and Obama cares about this country? The man who refused to say the Pledge? He just cares about saying "I am the first african-american president" He has no clue on how to stop the war or get us out of this recession.
As for McCain.....being that he was a POW scares me....is he really of sound mind and is all his focus going to be on the Middle East like Bush.....we need someone to start focusing on our country and the needy people who legally live here!

She feels that she is entitled to be President. She was never prepared that she would not get the nomination from the beginning.

Obama did not take the black vote from Hillary. They are voting who they want to be President. That is like assuming white woman have to vote for Hillary.

As for Rev. Wright fiasco, doesn't anyone find it funny Obama is suppose to be responsible for what his Pastor says. McCain's has two pastors. One said Katrina was a punishment from God. Another said that Christianity purpose is to put an end to the Muslim faith. No one is saying anything about that. Why? Because he is the Republican Nomination. Wright was paid off by the Clinton campaign. He was seen meeting with people from the Clinton camp after his latest "interviews".

The reason is oh so clear. She's not as smart as advertised. Yes, she's a brilliant individual, however, she's not as brilliant as Obama. Let's not forget the fact she failed in the Washington DC bar exam in the 70s, then moved to Arkansas to join her future husband, Bill. This is not to say she's not brilliant. Yes, she is. Nevertheless emotions are taking over her intelligence and she has falling into denial. She is losing and a lost is within sight. She doesn't want to accept it, plain and simple.

She is also looking to defame his character so he has no chance against Mccain. That would leave the possibility of a 2012 run-which is also a long shot for her as she will never get a 3rd term as Senator from NY-ending her political pipe dreams.

Do you even know what you are talking about. Obama never refused to say the Pledge. It is a rumor that was passed around.

I think that the reason Hillary isn't leaving the race, is because she's a fighter, not a quiter. She has a lot of guts, drive and determination.

Another is because this is the way the Democratic election process is supposed to work.

The candidates are supposed to run all the way up until the last votes are counted.

We're not used to seeing someone actually doing what they are supposed to be doing, because we've become so used to a long line of quiters over the years and think that this election process should be shorter, when it's not supposed to be.

Let's face it, Obama would be a disaster as President.

He's like a Democratic George W. Bush! Do we really want another inexperienced George W. Bush in the White House? I think not!
