But...their reactions to the truth show the true colors of the LDS. hateful, blind bigotry with no real reason behind it. Just like all bigotry, it's hate that has been ingrained in them since birth. They were taught this. Mormonism has removed reasoning and replacd it with blind hate.

But...our reactions to the truth show the true colors we live by. Colors of hate, sarcasm, derogatory and filthy worded speech with extreme sarcasm tossed in for measure. Let's pretend you're asinine logic was true shall we? You claim a Mormon kicked his kid out for being gay and the child is alive. You say I traumatized one for not encouraging them to embrace their sexual orientation as a child and their alive.
But you have factually encourage many children to be their "supposed" homosexual orientation and many have died trying to be that thing. lolol...and you don't see the perverted lunacy of your own point? The one you say I helped is alive. But the ones you help are dead. Yeah....that's Dana logic for sure :)p
Your whole argument is a straw man argument. No pro-gay group or me is encouraging anybody to come out. But we are there with open arms to give them the love and support they will need in doing so, WHEN THE DECIDE TO DO SO. We are just letting them know that they are not alone and that they are normal. It is the bully groups like you church that do nothing but drag down people to the point they want to kill themselves that are killing your children. We will do whatever we can to fight your ignorance. By the way, get your terminology correct, I certainly never said you "helped" anyone, you traumatized them, you're one of the ignorant bullies. But you may just have created a future Ex-Mormon. God, I hope so.

Not helping a child recognize their "possible" sexual orientation "before" they're even aware of it them self is not traumatizing them. I know you pervertedly see it different, that you think parents should push their children into their sexual orientation as a child, but to mosdt that is called abnormal thinking. Perverted thinking. Twisted thinking. The APA site can inform you that most "children" aren't aware of their sexual orientation till preteen to early teen years. And for many it comes later then that because their just busy being children, not their sexual orientation.
Unfortunately in middle schools and high schools, the GLBT is directly connected to "clubs" that urge children to be their "supposed" homosexual orientation. They then usually face a lot of negative feed back and bullying from idiots. They then become depressed and full of negative feelings and low self esteem and a growing segment commit suicide as a remedy to their having "coming out" that the GLBT has reassured them as children they have a right to being.
So as some commit suicide (during or after) going through a program to change their sexual orientation, so do some kids commit suicide during and after going through their "coming out" process you and the GLBT urge those children to go through.
There is no straw man argument. Except for you to claim one to cover up the deaths of the kids that don't make it through the "coming out" you encourage them to go through as children.

It is to 9 out of the 10 you are pushing. And that is according Cunnings statistics.
I know you pervertedly see it different, that you think parents should push their children into their sexual orientation as a child,
Another pathetic straw man argument. No one here is advocating pushing kids one way or another. We are for waiting until the child has said so themselves, and then giving love and support no matter what which side they come out as, straight or gay.
but to mosdt that is called abnormal thinking. Perverted thinking. Twisted thinking.
That is what you are doing when you are trying to push and force them into a straight lifestyle. And yes, that is what groups like Evergreen are doing. So it is Mormon thinking.
The APA site can inform you that most "children" aren't aware of their sexual orientation till preteen to early teen years. And for many it comes later then that because their just busy being children, not their sexual orientation.
Again, you show an inability to read and comprehend:

"According to current scientific and professional understanding, the core attractions that form the basis for adult sexual orientation typically emerge between MIDDLE CHILDHOOD AND EARLY ADOLESCENCE. These patterns of emotional, romantic, and sexual attraction may ARISE WITHOUT ANY PRIOR SEXUAL EXPERIENCE. People can be celibate and still know their sexual orientation--be it lesbian, gay, bisexual, or heterosexual.

"Different lesbian, gay, and bisexual people have very different experiences regarding their sexual orientation. SOME PEOPLE KNOW that they are lesbian, gay, or bisexual FOR A LONG TIME BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY PURSUE RELATIONSHIPS with other people. Some people engage in sexual activity (with same-sex and/or other-sex partners) before assigning a clear label to their sexual orientation. PREJUDICE AND DISCRIMINATION MAKE IT DIFFICULT for many people to come to terms with their sexual orientation identities, so claiming a lesbian, gay, or bisexual identity may be a slow process."

Learn quote accurately if you are going to quote.
Unfortunately in middle schools and high schools, the GLBT is directly connected to "clubs" that urge children to be their "supposed" homosexual orientation.
And who is forcing them to join? No one. That means they have already self-identified themselves as gay, doesn't it?
They then usually face a lot of negative feed back and bullying from idiots.
Yeah, like the kids in the LDS Seminary Club.
They then become depressed and full of negative feelings and low self esteem and a growing segment commit suicide as a remedy to their having "coming out" that the GLBT has reassured them as children they have a right to being.
You won't find one professional psychologists who will back that theory up. Not even your Dr. Cunnings. Why? Because only Morons who want to justify their ignorance and hatred would even consider that reasonable.
So as some commit suicide (during or after) going through a program to change their sexual orientation, so do some kids commit suicide during and after going through their "coming out" process you and the GLBT urge those children to go through.
1. If they commit suicide, it is because of the PREJUDICE AND DISCRIMINATION by people trying to force them to be straight! 2. No one in the gay community is "urging" them to do anything but be themselves. We love them as they are. We aren't the ones trying to change them. That would be the pricks who claim to have the priesthood.

A greasy little rodent would not make for good eating. He has lived his life in a small self imposed cage and has often eaten his own excrement. What meat there is would be mushy much like a carp taco.

The Navajos in the tiny oilfield town he lives in wont even bother to chase him through the maze of junk cars he has in his yard. They killed and ate his sick horse but they won't bother with the "Stinking One". He is boneless though, so if you found the right marinade and used a lot of chiles you might not throw it up immediately.

Chicken would be better eating and much healthier. More patriotic as well.

Gays don't picket the Salvation Army, they know that the Army will help without questioning them. I have protested the Westboro Baptist Church if that makes you happy. But you can see me at the Manti Pageant this summer if you want to see what it is like to bring Mormons to the Lord for the first time in their lives. That is always a blast.
Went to the Manti Pageant about 20 years ago. Took all the tracts the anti-Mormons handed out and threw them away..like most did.

Now that I heat my homes primarily with wood, I'd keep them for free firestarters, though.

The problem with you anti-Mormons is that you generally display the same disagreeable, confrontational, angry and bitter attitude in person as you do on forums like this. Mormons who are devout enough to spend time and money to travel to the pageants are generally devout enough to easily spurn your message. In short, you do stuff like that to get attention and make yourselves feel important, but with little actual effect.

Been to the Nauvoo Pageant too, we had a good humourous conversation with a bunch of folks about the "antis" trying to interrupt the proceedings with their loud singing and hollering. Compared them to 60's radicals burning flags and spitting on War Veterans. It's kind of the same type of "protest" thinking.

Oh, and your LGBT friends might feel a tad differently than you about the Salvation Army.

Wow!

You don't think much of the Navajo, do you? You think they eat sick horses? You might wish to educate yourself prior to traveling outside of your "Whites Only" enclave in southern New Mexico, so as not to appear any more bigoted and foolish than you already do.

If I remember right, I did take you for a racist quite a while back.

Thanks for confirming!

Wasn't it you who also advocated for the extermination of Latinos in the United States? Or was it just that you wanted to sterilize Latino women....I don't quite remember, but it was something like that.

Who says Mormons are Christians? Pretty much anyone who has studied the matter, after all, if you believe that Jesus is Satan's brother, you don't believe the New Testament, which apprently isn't good enough for Moromns. Well, that is fine, but the New Testament was good enough for the rest of us for nearly two thousand years, but you Mormons go ahead and believe what you want, it's gonna be a long, slow burn down in hell, but while you are there, you can proselytize to one another. I have to go drink a coup of God's blessed coffee.

In an attempt to steer this conversation back to the original topic, Christian by definition would be a follower of Christ. The name was original attempt at making fun of those that followed the way. The way is the name of the religion viewed by many as a spin off of Judaism. Followers of the way (the apostles, other disciples, and converts after The day of Pentecost) were called Christians or little Christ's. So by definition a Christian is a follower of Christ. Not just in talk, but one who actually does what Jesus says. Funny enough, many mormons follow Christ teachings to a greater degree than those who claim to be Christians. Claim is the operative Word. Jesus was clear that if you are His disciple you will do the things He said. Are mormons Christians? I would say no. The Way believed Jesus was God. They followed Him as such. The Mormon church recognizes Jesus as a prophet, but so does Islam. In summary you would have to believe Jesus is God and that He came in the flesh, and that belief would lead to a life lived morally in Christ. This would be the Bibles definition by the way. Not mine. Maybe we can have a civilized talk now? Maybe defining Christianity is a good start?
