First of all the LT is an American citizen and does have the freedom of speech guarenteeded by the Constitution, Cheney's deferments were legal and most don't really care, and I don't know why you would refer to clinton as a draftdodging chickenhawk. Passing yourself off as a natural born citizen is something really serious, this could pose a Constitutional Crisis that makes the economic crisis look like a sunday school picnic.

He should just end the whole thing and produce his birth certificate.

He HAS showed it!! And it has been verified by state officials in Hawaii as being authentic. That's why this case has been THROWN OUT of court nearly a dozen times.
Shouldn't this soldier be facing a court martial for his treasonous behavior??

Obviously you have never been in the military, yes there are rules against being political while representing your service, however the punishment is usually nothing more than a good butt chewing by your commander, and in his case that would be his company commander.
