Yes. Of course. Because everyone knows the USA doesn't have any submarines. America never thought of this during the long Cold War with the Soviets....wait a minute..... Never mind.

Israel has the best electronics in the world , those subs can be easily detected. Israel will sell detectors to the USA.

I am getting bored with Iran empty threats. LOL...
Can anyone recall all the threats they have made so far? The UN carried out all the warnings they gave, they do talk and walk, Iran will face new sanctions pretty soon.

Yeah, I seriously doubt whether the Iranians have Ohio class subs. Anything older will just be target practice. Should be interesting, though. The U.S. probably needs the practice. We haven’t been involved in a good sea battle for a while.

I think we can agree that PT-109 doesn't qualify.

We can. I really don't think Iran has the navy to give us the exercise we need. May have to go pick on India.

Even if those Iranian subs are serviceable, still, a wrong move will have them all sunk to the bottom of the gulf. There were a reason why the Soviet Union move all of their boats to hide underneath the Artic Ice Sheet during the Cold War. There is way to find them even if they are shut off and lay quiet under water. They might have the intially advantage of a surprise attack when the US Navy does not expect one, then again maybe not. Anyway, I am pretty sure those statements from Iran are empty threats just to hold the regime together since it is falling apart due to the pressure of sanctions.

The rules of war have long since changed. A fishing boat with a nuke, can take out an entire fleet of ships! The Russians developed Tsar Bomba, the biggest nuclear weapon in history, over half a century ago! It could take out an entire country. I suggest you look it up. Maybe then you'll see why intervening in Iran is suicidal idiocy.

Yes, that is true. But a Tomahawk does the same thing a thousand miles away.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Gemini

It's a red letter day for relationships under the Lunar Eclipse in your house of significant others, because you're facing some important and far-reaching changes to some of them. The pressure has been building since the Gemini Solar Eclipse on May 20. f you've known for some time that things aren't working out, you're about to reach a crisis point as becomes obvious that the present situation can't continue much longer. The coming New Moon in Gemini on June 19 will see progress of one kind or another, though this unusual eclipse cycle will have a far-reaching effect. You may have to be cruel to be kind, or more forceful than you would like, in order to get your point across, but do you really have any viable alternative?
