President Obama did not crash the economy in 2008. President Obama is not responsible for 1/3 of our manufacturing jobs moving offshore between 2001 and 2009. Nobody said anything about color but of course you have to try to inject race into the conversation. Typical Rat Wing ploy. Let me guess, Republicans are not racists. They just like to use racist tactics. It is the same southern strategy they have tried to use in every election since 1968.

Pissed of the Razor!!
I don't even like kool aid but that's beside the point.

Reagan didn't have an opposition party whose sole purpose is to make sure that he was a one term President. Obama has that.

Why can't you 'Righties' get passed the idea that President Obama won the election and help the COUNTRY instead of holding your breath like spoiled brats who didn't get their way? Why oppose things that the Right was for before Obama said "Ok, let's go with that."?

Personally don't care if I 'Pissed off the Razor' as you will curse the day you did not do, all that the Phantom asked of you!

Road fees don't cover the costs of building and maintaining the roads. Amtrak would not survive without subsidies. Since they are not capable of even paying for themselves I guess you would shut down the roads and rail road passenger service. Rat Wing rhetoric may sound good but it just doesn't work in the real world.

Reagan respected the people in Congress, and they compromised. This congress cannot compromise with rabid left wing communist ideology. Plus there is no compromise with Obama. He Won rmember? It i s his way or the highway. He has no clue how to lead. Romney will have the luxury of a Republican House, and Senate.

Republicans have refused to compromise on anything. Even when Democrats give them what they want the Republicans vote against it.

Reagan had Democrats who are willing to compromise. Obama has Republicans who are not.

Let's also abolish the military, the police, the firefighters, public education, the entire federal government, and anything else that requires money to sustain. In fact, let's abolish your right to live on any piece of American soil.

Reagan had Democrats that could compromise, and they weren't so leftist they were borderline Communist. Reagan had a Speaker of the House that was a real Democrat, not some Socialist wannabee. It doesn't matter the Democrats will be going home soon anyway.

There are no republicans who will compromise.

They all need to check with their central command to tell them how to think!

The military is the only reason we have toraise tases. All those other things, are unconstitutional. There is nothing in the Constitition that says half the country should work to take care of the other half, and illegal aliens, etc.

But road fees WOULD cover the costs of building and maintaining the roads if they were high enough! And Amtrak WOULD survive without subsidies if the price of rail tickets was high enough! And no, I WOULDN'T shut down the roads and rail road passenger service! I would just fund them in a different way! And, finally, I'm NOT "Rat Wing"! I'm a Progressive Liberal and a libertarian!!!:-)

I'm NOT suggesting that we should abolish the military, the police, the firefighters, public education, the entire federal government, and anything else that requires money to sustain!!! What I AM suggesting is that we fund them in a different way!!!

(CBS News) The National Debt has now increased more during President Obama's three years and two months in office than it did during 8 years of the George W. Bush presidency.

The Debt rose $4.899 trillion during the two terms of the Bush presidency. It has now gone up $4.939 trillion since President Obama took office.

The latest posting from the Bureau of Public Debt at the Treasury Department shows the National Debt now stands at $15.566 trillion. It was $10.626 trillion on President Bush's last day in office, which coincided with President Obama's first day.

The National Debt also now exceeds 100% of the nation's Gross Domestic Product, the total value of goods and services.

Mr. Obama has been quick to blame his predecessor for the soaring Debt, saying Mr. Bush paid for two wars and a Medicare prescription drug program with borrowed funds.

The federal budget sent to Congress last month by Mr. Obama, projects the National Debt will continue to rise as far as the eye can see. The budget shows the Debt hitting $16.3 trillion in 2012,$17.5 trillion in 2013 and $25.9 trillion in 2022.

Federal budget records show the National Debt once topped 121% of GDP at the end of World War II. The Debt that year, 1946, was, by today's standards, a mere $270 billion dollars.

Mr. Obama doesn't mention the National Debt much, though he does want to be seen trying to reduce the annual budget deficit, though it's topped a trillion dollars for four years now.

As part of his "Win the Future" program, Mr. Obama called for "taking responsibility for our deficits, by cutting wasteful, excessive spending wherever we find it."

His latest budget projects a $1.3 trillion deficit this year declining to $901 billion in 2012, and then annual deficits in the range of $500 billion to $700 billion in the 10 years to come.

If Mr. Obama wins re-election, and his budget projections prove accurate, the National Debt will top $20 trillion in 2016, the final year of his second term. That would mean the Debt increased by 87 percent, or $9.34 trillion, during his two terms.

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Leo

Today's Full Moon will affect your love life significantly during the next few months. You might have to say goodbye to someone you care about, or you may realize some difficult truths about your relationship. You may also have to make a tricky decision about a child or a creative project. Although this won't be a very easy time, don't make it worse by over-reacting and turning every hitch into a major drama.
