In order for her son to attend Indonesian schools, he had to be adopted legally by his stepfather and become an Indonesian citizen - he was and did, which is why he used to use the last name of Soetoro.
If he didn't change his name legally in the USA, it is still his legal last name. If his mother didn't do the proper paperwork in a timely manner to naturalize herself and her son, he is not an Ameican citizen - he's an Indonesian citizen. Indonesia didn't recognize dual citizenship at that time, nor did the USA. In either case, once one gives up citizenship, one must be sponsored and natualized like any other foreign national. So, even if she did this, Obama isn't qualified to be president, because he is legally only a naturalized citizen.
Since he has had all his records sealed, no one can get the proof revealed, which is why he did it. He has something to hide.
But everyone knows that the adult Omamination traveled on an Indonesian passport to enter Pakistan to visit friends at one time when Americans were officially banned from entering that country by the US State Department. He'd never have been permitted to go there on a US passport.
Everyone also knows he attended at least one US university as a foreign student. The man has had over a dozen different social security numbers, and resigned as a member of the Illinois Bar Association because he lied on his application and was found out. He is not permitted to practice law in Illinois. He has much to hide.
