That is unless you are an illegal alien then all bets are off. You can do whatever you want. It comes with the free healthcare, education and retirement packages that are soon to be offered.

One thing that really amazes me. Why would anyone want to enter an agreement where the laywers are perched to clean you out.

I have already written my congressman asking that he consider the possibility of impeachment. It is a waste to write to Senator Santorum since he is a big part of the problem. However, unless Mr. Casey commits mayhem between now and November, he will be a bad memory only...

Need Constitutional Amendments to Ban Gay Marriage, Protect the American Flag from being burned by Americans, to put prayer back in the Class room, put God back in the Class room because he was kick out on his ass by Liberals, to protect the Bibles in west Virginia and Arkansas from being collected by Federal Troops, to protect the 10 commandment, aw well it ELECTION TIME----so just laugh like hell while Bush and Frist pull the wool over the right wing Christians with the assistance of their religious leaders--little faith base money does wonders.

Just Karl Roves attempt to get Peoples eye off all the scandals breaking in Iraq. His right wing evangelical base is so easy to direct. They have so many hot button issues that just drive all other thoughts out of their heads. And he just presses them, when he needs them to look away and create controversy elsewhere.

Even his right-wing bible thumping base are ticked at him. He never mentions this wedge issue until he needs the bible belt to come out and vote. He is using them and they know it. This is politics at it's disgusting lowest. Desperation! Bushwhacked hits another low.

Way to go Bush. Let's keep at least one thing normal in this country.

It does not have a chance of passing, it is just fodder for the Republican Right so they won't Nader the Republicans with an independent candidate,sit home and not vote or God forbid stop sending money.

Stay home and not vote? Sure let 50% of the people decide on what government you have, Just dont complain to me because you dont like it. Your not voteing tells everyone including the polititions that you dont care. Let them pass the amendment, it wont go in law until it passes the majority of the states, let it go up for debate in each legislature, what are you afraid of? it is better to do it this way, than let a bunch of renegade judges with delusions of godhood decide for us with no debate.

THIS IS TRULY THE MOST CLEVER COMMENT. I hope late night comedy uses it. PERFECT for demonstrating the need to leave GAYS alone, and let all live and let live. Enough already. Republicans need to find another whipping post. How about working on saving our military from further burn-out for capital causes for the richest in the name of patriotism. Focus on something that needs to be done for a change.

Another example of Social issues taking priorty over real issues. This is being done to gain the social conservatives support, Bush's fundamental base. I agree with the others, who have said this is a whipping boy issue for the Republicans. Anti-Gay, that's what they are.
Why can't we live and let live? If I am gay and it is a sin, who will God hold accountible? We need to get back to minding our own business.

my wife says that she has always thought that clinton was quite handsome. he was also voted at the top of the list of the sexiest men for 3 or 4 years. go figure.
