Yeah Sherlock, at $125 per barrel they must be desperate for money. I'm sure they plan to make billions out of him. If the guy was too stupid to read all those signs on the free-way heading into Mexico saying guns and ammo not allowed in Mexico under penalty of prison, he deserves to be there.

Mexico is not getting better, it is getting worse; if it was getting better you would not have escalating violence on the border and thousands fleeing every month. Mexico is the same failed country it has always been and always will be.

Well, the violence is due to the presence of drug cartels who owe everything that they are to the un-checked appetite that Americans have for drugs. That makes Americans greatly responsible for this violence and I do not see anyone in the US trying to address the problem of drug consumption by its citizens who by the way constitute the largest drug market in the world. As for Mexico not getting better, you moron, read a little. The peso used to devalue itself frequently every year, and has been very strong and steady since the last years of the Zedillo administration. Inflation in Mexico last year was lower than in the US. Today more people have access to home loans (3 million during the Fox government), and more Mexicans are financing their automobiles, something that was unheard of in the 90's and before. I could go on and on but I feel that I am dealing with a toilet and there is little use to it.

They are to release this soldier very soon if not already...
