its a crock. courts for one should never take the words of illegal aliens or anyone who sides with them.

I think they were both running a game! People from India do this all the time, they have no problems with keeping people of lower caste as borderline slaves. People who work as slaves know that if they can just make it to US, then they can plead asylum, etc. Nevermind that the whole country didn't treat you this way and it was done by one family, asylum nevertheless...even if both are living here!
