Man Gets 10 Years in Prison for Raping Sleepwalker
A homeless man in Cincinnati accused of attacking a woman who appeared to be sleepwalking has pleaded guilty to charges of rape and felonious assault and has been sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Jesus Christ, the man is HIV positive and they only gave him ten years. While the hell did they accept a plea deal and not prosecute the hell out of him?

I thought the law was to be charged attempted murder when you have aids or hiv positive and slepp with/rape someone?

He'll be safe and well taken care of for ten years for violating a helpless person.There's your legal system at work.

U.S. President George W. Bush said he was "deeply troubled" about the decision. but isn't he always troubled....he's so f ckn dumb he should be troubled.
