Look, we could go back and forth all day, and we're apparently not going to see eye to eye, because you seem to want me to say something that I'm not going to say, or you seem to believe that I've said something that I haven't. The simple fact of the matter is this: IN MY OPINION, abortion should not be illegal. It is a necessary and viable option. However, the procedure itself should not be used as a form of birth control, when there are thousands of other ways for women to keep themselves from having children they don't want. And that has nothing to do with the "value" of the fetus, and everything to do with the choices of the mothers. Crime victims should not have to bear children they do not want and were impregnated with through no fault or action of their own. Irresponsible women who choose not to practice reasonable birth control because they can "always get an abortion" should, at some point, have to face the consequences of their actions.
